We travel abroad 1-3 times a year for our international nonprofit work and as people with physical limitations we have certain needs a hotel cannot provide. As English speakers, it's always a little challenging getting apartments/condos in cities (even though we download apps to help us communicate) - because unlike hotels it's more than likely the hosts and neighbors and local marts etc do not speak much, if any English.
But Carlo made it very easy, we used translators in person to communicate and he also drove us to the grocery store (1/4 mile away?), which had large plastic carrying bags to purchase so we had no issues walking home with our purchases. There were a couple of cafes/restaurants in walking distance, and while they also did not speak English well they were very welcoming (tip - always TRY to speak the native language and have an app up to show you are trying, it goes a LONG way as we are in their country and should at least make an effort to try to speak the native language). It's also about 1/2 mile walk to the metro, but we also did take Uber's and cabs (tip - not always easy to find so recommend pre-scheduling Uber pickups in advance, especially if you are trying to get somewhere on a schedule).
There was plenty of room in the living area - actually TWO places we could gather in the living space on top of the dining area.
Also, while there, if we had any questions at all Carlo was available on WhatsApp very quickly. Excellent host!

Very clean, owner very sympathic and helpful. This apartment is ten minutes walk from the metro and then 20 minutes from all interest point in milano. We recommend.

This was a gem of a place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Carlo was great and very accommodating. Convenient to the metro and the grocery store. Local restaurants in the neighborhood. Would stay here again!

The property is perfect for a group of friends or a bigger family, it’s spacious and equipped with everything you would need! Carlo was a great and helpful host! I can recommend staying in his apartment:)

Communication with Carlo was excellent. He met us on arrival and drove us to the local supermarket (10 minute walk away) when we arrived so we could buy dinner and breakfast. Apartment feels secure, with two external gates/doors and solid front door. Large lounge and dining area. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice hot and powerful showers and comfy beds. A couple of nice restaurants 10 to 15 minutes walk away and ten minutes away from the Metro and San Siro Stadium. Thank you Carlo for a great stay.

This apartment was nice, quiet, and conveniently located to the subway. Getting to where we needed to go was quick and easy. The owners were very helpful and welcoming . I would recommend this property.

Great location, friendly & accommodating
We stayed in the apartment for three nights with our three teenage sons on our spring break to Italy last year (April 2015). All communication before the trip was prompt and helpful. We do not speak Italian, so Carlo had a family member greet us who could more easily communicate. They were both very helpful and even assisted us in securing our train passes nearby. The accommodations were comfortable and we had everything we needed. There are restaurants and a market close by and it is truly an easy walk to take in a soccer match. I highly recommend this location for easy access in and out of the city. You can't beat the price or the friendly host. Thank you for a great stay. I'm sorry we didn't write a review sooner!

The apartment in Milan was terrific. It was large, 2 nice bathrooms and all the comforts of home. Carlo, the owner, was extremely accommodating. He answered our email messages promptly and with any question, he was back in the apartment in minutes. The apartment has a very large living area, 3 nice bedrooms and the kitchen was well equipped. It was very near the San Siro metro stop so easy to get back and forth into the city. I recommend this property very much! It was the final city on our 2 week trip around Italy, so it was nice to have this great apartment after having some issues in other cities. I hope to stay there again sometime!

The apartment in Milan was terrific. It was large, 2 nice bathrooms and all the comforts of home. Carlo, the owner, was extremely accommodating. He answered our email messages promptly and with any question, he was back in the apartment in minutes. The apartment has a very large living area, 3 nice bedrooms and the kitchen was well equipped. It was very near the San Siro metro stop so easy to get back and forth into the city. I recommend this property very much! It was the final city on our 2 week trip around Italy, so it was nice to have this great apartment after having some issues in other cities. I hope to stay there again sometime!

Un accueil chaleureux et des renseignements précis et utiles de Carlo, notre hôte. Un appartement joliment décoré pourvu de tous les équipements nécessaires. Stationnement garanti, métro, bus, commerces et restaurants à proximité.Le centre historique à 15 minutes en métro dernière génération. Carlo nous a informé que pour notre prochain séjour nous pourrions, en option, avoir une cuisinière préparant un repas à domicile, le top. A bientôt et Merci.

Un accueil très chaleureux par Carlo, malgré un retard d'une heure de notre part. Des attentions et gourmandises pour un accueil très sympathique..Renseignements et recommandations de tous ordres bien expliquées. L'appartement est spacieux, confortable, ultra équipé. Situé dans un quartier calme à 10 minutes à pied du métro.
En quelques minutes, nous étions comme chez nous. Super !

Nous avons passé 3 nuits chez Carlo. Appartement agréable, propre et bien situé pour visiter Milan et l'expo universelle, le tout en métro. Voitures bien garées pendant ces 3 jours. Nous avons été accueilli dès notre arrivée par Carlo qui nous a donné beaucoup de conseils. Un plus, une cafetière avec le café fourni par Carlo.
Location à réserver sans hésitation.

Toller Expoulaub für 6 Personen
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit 2 Pärchen und 2 Kindern. Die Wohnung war für unsere Zwecke ideal. Gut gelegen, nahe der Metrostation San Siro Stadion, waren wir schnell überall wohin wir wollten, Expo und City sind wirklich nur 20 Minuten entfernt. Die Ausstattung war gut. Drei separate Schlafzimmer, jeweils zu zweit zu nutzen. Zwei Bäder, wobei einmal in der Badewanne geduscht werden muss. Aber das ist ok. Alles konnte genutzt werden, selbst die Waschmaschne und zur Begrüßung gabs sogar zwei Flaschen Wein. Abends gemeinsam nach anstrengenden Tagen auf den Sofas nochmal den Tag revue passieren lassen. Was will man mehr. Die Übergabe erfolgte durch einen Freund der Familie und war sehr nett und bemüht uns auf Deutsch alles nahe zu bringen und zu erklären. Gerne wieder, wenn so etwas nochmal ansteht

Appartement conforme à la description, nous avons bénéficié de tout le confort et avons été très bien accueillis. Le propriétaire, Carlo parle et écrit e Français, cela et rassurant. La résidence est calme, propre, emplacement à proximité du métro, idéal pour découvrir MILAN.
Nous remercions Carlo pour son accueil, son sérieux, nous avons ainsi pu passer un très agréable séjour.

Très bel appartement
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Il est situé dans un endroit accessible qui permet par le métro d'aller rapidement au centre ville. Cet appartement est facile à vivre, pratique, et sa décoration est très esthétique.
Mais ça ne suffit pas!
L'accueil et la disponibilité de Carlo apportent ce qui manque souvent dans les locations: une relation agréable et intéressante avec votre hôte.

4 jours passés à Milan pour 'exposition universelle 2015 et pour découvrir la ville. la situation de l'appartement est parfaite : proximité d'une station de métro dans un quartier calme. l'appartement est spacieux pour 6 adultes avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. L'accueil de Carlo est exceptionnel. Merci pour ses conseils éclairés et sa gentillesse. Nous conseillons donc.

Appartement hat alle Erwartungen vollstens erfüllt. Herr Vicari, hat sich sehr um unser Wohl gekümmert. Die Lage für einen Besuch der der Expo ist optimal.

Estancia perfecta
Mis amigos y yo fuimos para ver el Salone del Mobile 2015. El apartamento estaba muy bien comunicado con el centro y la Feria de Milán ya que podías llegar fácilmente con el transporte público. Hay un supermercado muy cerca y la zona es muy tranquila. También se encuentra a pocos metros del estadio de San Siro, con lo cual si quieres ir a visitarlo o ver algún partido puedes ir andando sin problemas.
Cuando llegamos Carlo fue muy amable con nosotros, nos explicó como funcionaba todo, donde se encontraba el supermercado, donde estaba la parada de autobús mas cercana y como ir tanto al centro como a la Feria de Milán. No nos puso ninguna pega con la hora de entrada y salida del apartamento y se adaptó sin ningún problema a nuestro horario de llegada.
El apartamento estaba totalmente equipado. Eramos 7 y como no había suficientes camas uno durmió en el sofá y la verdad que era muy cómodo y todos pudimos dormir muy bien.
Todo el apartamento en general estaba muy bien cuidado, era muy amplio y a su vez acogedor. La mesa del comedor era lo bastante grande como para estar todos juntos comiendo cómodamente, al igual que los sofás en los cuales cambiamos todos perfectamente y estar allí hablando y tomando algo.
En resumen pasamos 4 dias estupendos y volvería a ir a ese apartamento sin pensármelo. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Chez Carlo vous serez chaleureusement accueillis. L'appartement a été nettoyé tip top tout était très propre. Beaucoup d'information, cartes, etc. sont disponibles. Les itinéraires des transports en commun sont déjà préparés et détaillés pour aller visité certains monuments. Cela fut tres apprecié, car permet de gagner du temps. le Wi-Fi fonctionne bien, il y a la fibre optique illimité. L'appartement est bien situé loin du bruit de la route. Idéal pour 6 personnes, agréable à vivre et bon marché. Je recommande sans hésiter. si vous venez en voiture il y a toujours de la place en bas de l'immeuble.
