Beautiful traditional villa with outstanding views. Great location with bars, restaurants within walking distance. Excellent, helpful information always available from owner Andres.

The Salt water villa was amazing. The location just can't be beat. It's on a small side street where there are only about 10 other homes all right on the water. every room except the kitchen has an unobstructed views of the ocean. It's close enough to Funchal for easy sightseeing trips but way better than staying in the city. The home is warm and charming with a true throw back villa feel. The only down side is the home is in the path of airport but honestly it's not that big of a detraction. Andre was wonderful to deal with and very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay there again!

This place was unbelievably beautiful. The house big enough for a family and is very well maintained. We had absolutely no issues in or around the house. As nice as the house was we were almost never inside it. The outdoor living space is not only picturesque but it has plenty to do between the pool, ping pong/foosball, and just sitting around in the ample outdoor seating. The host andre was so nice. While we didn’t need him, he checked in to make sure we were ok and gave us some excellent recommendations. The location was a relaxing walk into Santa Cruz where there were shops, stores, and a number of places to get food. My family and I all enjoyed everything about our stay at this wonderful house right on the sea.

Great villa. Gracious host. Parking straight forward. Amenities within easy reach. What more could anyone want. We are already considering returning next year.Andrew, Rachel, Erica and Joseph
