We rented this house for a long weekend. There was plenty of room for the four of us, my parents, and my sister’s family of four. The pool and outside deck was fantastic. There are plenty of pool floaties and corn hole as well as games inside too. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The kitchen is huge with lots of seating. The beds were comfy. The neighborhood was very quiet. The views of Lake Travis are stunning.
If anyone in your party has any mobility issues, bear in mind that this house, being a split level, has a lot of stairs. But the house’s unique floor plan definitely adds to its charm. I would definitely recommend this property.

The property was perfect & the view was amazing, the pictures do not do it justice! The best place we could have stayed to celebrate our bride to be!! Michael was very responsive throughout the whole process and answered any questions we had. We had no issues with getting Ubers/transportation to take us into the city. It was overall a great stay and I will definitely be back!

Property was great with a ton of space. We had a group of 8 people. Outdoor space was exceptional, especially the partially covered deck with ample seating. Owner is very easily accessible with any questions.

Great house with fantastic lake views
The house was great and fit all of our needs. Everything was clean and there were plenty of amenities. The pool is not heated and was too cold to be used in early April, but the hot tub was great. Communication with the homeowner was fantastic and everything went very smoothly. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for my best friend’s bachelorette party.. beautiful views of the lake and the pool/hot tub/outdoor area was great to hang out in. The house was clean and in good condition. Was a bit far from the downtown Austin area (which we knew going in) but we were still able to enjoy time there and getting transportation/uber/Lyft was pretty easy! There are some other more local spots to go out at as well which was nice when we didn’t feel like making the trip all the way downtown. Overall was a great stay and would definitely recommend!

The house was perfect for my best friend’s bachelorette party.. beautiful views of the lake and the pool/hot tub/outdoor area was great to hang out in. The house was clean and in good condition. Was a bit far from the downtown Austin area (which we knew going in) but we were still able to enjoy time there and getting transportation/uber/Lyft was pretty easy! Great spot. Great view. Awesome place if you’re not trying to go. Downtown plenty of good food and drinking options near by as well as excellent deceivers options. Top notch view ! Perfect for 2 families or a group of ladies or guys on a trip.

Overall experience was very nice. Very spacious, and had enough room for everyone. Outdoor pool and patio was beautiful, especially with the lake view! Located in a nice area outside the city, but also close enough to enjoy the city and boating to Lake Travis. Communication with owner was good and also was friendly. I would recommend to friends or a family.

Overall experience was very nice. Very spacious, and had enough room for everyone. Outdoor pool and patio was beautiful, especially with the lake view! We love this house so much. This is our third time here. The owners even made some improvements that were all good. This time I was struck with how many beautiful views there are of the lake. From almost every room you can look over and there’s the lake. It is such a relaxing place I really would rather stay at the house then go anywhere else.

Had to return to this dream house
We love this house so much. This is our third time here. The owners even made some improvements that were all good. This time I was struck with how many beautiful views there are of the lake. From almost every room you can look over and there’s the lake. It is such a relaxing place I really would rather stay at the house then go anywhere else.

Amazing spot to stay.
We stayed here with a group of 9 girls and had an amazing time. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The pool/outdoor/kitchen area was awesome and we spent a lot of time hanging out there. Would definitely recommend. Michael was also incredibly helpful!

Wonderful house. Perfectly designed, decorated and furnished house that allows people to relax wherever they want to be. In one of the living rooms, balconies or by the pool. All with terrific views of the lake. We had to come back for more. We were here in June as well.

We fell in love with this lake home
From the moment that we opened the front door we had beautiful views of Lake Travis. You walk in from the second level which has three bedrooms and two sitting areas. The third floor is a huge master and bathroom suite. The bottom level has a great sitting area open to a fully stocked kitchen with gorgeous views of the pool and Lake Travis. Every morning we watched deer frolic across the green space in the area on the other side of the pool. The owners are amazing. Ideal amount of contact and so willing to help in any way. Many nice touches at the house like pool toys, extra lounge chairs and tables, games, etc. we can’t wait to come back.

Heavenly views from a wonderful house
The views of Lake Travis are spectacular throughout the house. The house was terrific with plenty of room for everyone. The house was beautifully designed with the various levels all making perfect sense. The furnishing and interior design was wonderful as well. Very comfortable. It was a joy to be at the house. The pool and patio were terrific as well.

Property was beautiful and perfect for hosting an improv concert for a cancelled SXSW band Samantha Lee & the Family Tree! Would highly recommend this listing to friends and family. Clean, accommodating and Easy!!

Great Weekend Stay
My family enjoyed staying at here this past weekend. Gorgeous backyard area and the views of Lake Travis were beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place for a quiet relaxing getaway for groups or families! We will definitely consider coming back during the summer to enjoy the pool and large outdoor space!

Perfect place for our needs
We stayed here while in Austin for our daughter's wedding. The wedding was at the Oasis so the location was perfect. We also held the rehearsal dinner at the house. It was perfect for our group of about 30 or so. There are 3 living rooms in the house and lots of places to sit outside. All of our guests were very complimentary of the place. There are some obvious indications of the age of the place and the owner told us he was going to remodel and upgrade soon. That's a good idea. The double beds in the downstairs bedrooms were too soft for my wife and I. There was also a problem with the master bed. I think the frame was cracked. Two people sleeping in the bed tended to roll to the middle. There were some bulbs out and when we notified the owner, he immediately replaced the bulbs. The views from the house are marvelous. The area is very quiet and almost no traffic. The pool is beautiful even though we did not use it. We would definitely come back especially after the remodel.

Girls trip
We had an amazing time at this house. We had our annual girls trip and the house was amazing, the best part being the pool. We spent A LOT of time in the pool. It is also very close to boat renting places, which was really fun. Mike was easy to communicate with and very fast with his responses.

Beautiful view and great trip
Our family really enjoyed our trip to this house and loved the pool and view. There had been a minor issue in the house with previous guests that the house manager did a great job of addressing. The property manager was attentive and worked to help us have a lovely stay.

Annual Girl’s Weekend
Twelve long time girlfriends & high school classmates rented this spacious home for our annual get together. It pretty much suited all our needs with the number of bedrooms and kitchen space. The covered patio and pool area became our haven and many a hour was spent reminiscing. Overall we were very pleased but we felt that there was a little updating and carpet cleaning that needs to be addressed. Also in the description it states 3 baths- this we found to be untrue. One master bath on top level, one full bath on second and then only a half bath off the kitchen. Another shower or tub would have been ideal for us as advertised in the listing.
Micheal was very attentive & communicated with us very fast. When we asked about restaurants & grocery stores near he gave us great choices.
For a large group- this is a fantastic home!

Family getaway
This home is situated in a quiet, peaceful spot with friendly neighbors and gorgeous views of Lake Travis! The kitchen is perfect for preparing family dinners. The outdoor space quickly became our favorite spot to relax around the pool and hot tub as we enjoyed the views of Lake Travis.

Highly Recommend this Property
Michael was a great host and this property was perfect for our group of 10 guys. Our February weather was chilly so spent most of our time indoors which is a shame because the views were great from the backyard pool area. Michael was quick to respond with any questions we had leading up to our stay.
