Appartamento completamente e finemente ristrutturato situato in un antico palazzo posto nelle immediate vicinanze (100 mt) del colonnato di San Pietro. Quarto ed ultimo piano con ascensore, silenzioso, affaccio esterno su tre lati è composto da: ampio ingresso, 2 ampie camere da letto di cui una con letto matrimoniale e bagno privato ed una con due letti singoli, (in entrambe le camere è possibile aggiungere su richiesta un terzo letto), secondo bagno, cucina accessoriata (piatti, pentole, bicchieri, posate) con lavastoviglie, lavatrice, robot da cucina, forno,forno a microonde ,macchina Nespresso, tostapane ed altri utensili da cucina, salone con divano letto matrimoniale , tavolo da pranzo per 8 persone, aria condizionata nelle camere da letto e nel salone, TV-SAT, WI-FI.
Accessori per i più piccoli, lettino, seggiolone, fasciatoio, scaldabiberon e giocattoli. Biancheria completa da bagno, letto, cucina e lettino, asciugacapelli, ferro ed asse da stiro.

Everything was great until we got back from the trip, and the day of I received an email that says I owe 200€ for “damages.” The owner claimed that there was a “dark stick substance” all over the floor. Knowing this was not true, I texted her and asked for pictures. No response. I’ve been in contact with VRBO to get a refund, but the whole process has been a pain. Wouldn’t recommend.

What a wonderful apartment, just one block away from St Peter's Square. Everything was just as described in the listing. Carla and her son were super friendly and helpful. It made our stay in Rome that much better. Would definitely stay here again!

We had everything we needed and more. Carla was super helpful in getting us a driver to pick us up at the airport and take us back. She had her son meet us at the apartment to go over things and show us around. We were close to everything and enjoyed the little cafe right under us. It was was nice to come “home” to a warm, cozy place after a long day of sightseeing. Thank you Carla for all your help and for providing a wonderful place to stay.

The apartment is a gem. It is great having two bathrooms and two separate bedrooms
It is truly steps from St. Peter's Square. The local bus stopes are right outside the building. If you prefer a taxi, they are down the street. The neighborhood is wonderful. The hosts are very kind and very helpful. I will stay again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Carla's apartment near the Vatican. Check in went very smoothly. Her son met us and showed us around the apartment, provided us with tips and good information about the surrounding area. Carla was very responsive to questions and helped us with a driver from the airport upon arrival and to the train staion upon departure. We enjoyed our stay in Rome and at Carla's lovely apartment. Visiting Rome is like walking into a history book. Fantastic city, friendly locals and the food delicious. We will be back!

This is a lovely, spacious and light apartment, directly opposite St Peter's Square. It is perfectly situated for all the main tourist sites in central Rome and has restaurants all around it. Carla is a great host and communication was clear and helpful throughout.

Th property is in a great location just off St Peter's Square. It is surrounded by great restaurants and cafes, all withim a 1 min walk. There is a pharmacy below the apartment, and a bus stop outside. Straight across the road is a taxi rank and a convenience store with everything we needed. A larger supermarket is about 6 mins walk.
The apartment itself has two bedrooms, boty with double beds and the second with a single also. The main bedroom had an ensuite with another bathroom off the entry foyer. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was a separate lounge and dining area and everything was very clean.
The host Carla had her son meet us at the apartment on our arrival and she was very quick to respond to any questions or issues we had during our stay.
If you are looking for somewhere in Rome to stay I would highly recommend this apartment.

Thank you, Carla, for sharing your beautiful property with us. When we arrived we were surprised with a beautiful floral arrangement and a bottle of Mumm's champagne! This trip was our 50th wedding anniversary present to each other so we could toast our first night in Rome in style! The apartment was spotlessly clean and was appointed with some very nice artwork and antique furniture. The kitchen had an excellent selection of cookware, utensils, plates and glasses. My daughter was ecstatic that the wi-fi was very fast and allowed her to download all the photos from her phone. The location was wonderful! We could walk out of the builing and find numerous good restaurants, a pharmacy, and shops. There was a short walk to an actual grocery store. The Vatican was right across the street. Be sure to look for the tunnel that crosses under the very busy street, directly to the right as you exit the building. Transportation is no problem. There are buses, metro stops and taxis available from morning to night. We loved our Roman experience! Thank you, Carla!

Literally across the street from the Vatican, you can be in St Peter’s Square in under 5 minutes. Plenty of restaurants and grocery markets nearby. Great touch with jam, butter, and toast available. We were even able to check in early which was great. Had a great stay and would stay again.

The location is awesome, steps from St Peters square, 650 meters fom S Pietro train station and the bus stop was right in front of the apartment building. The issue we had was that when we got back from touring the Vatican museum, on the second day of our stay, there was no hot water. The gas did not work for the stove either. We sent a text to Carla on Monday at 5pm. We sent a 2nd text at 7:30 pm. We tried calling her at 8pm and received a text back that she could not talk. On Tuesday at 8:30 am Carla let us know that she had contacted the gas company. At 5pm we contacted Carla again. At 5:30 Carla advised that the gas company would not be able to do anything until Wednesday. As we were leaving Wednesday morning it did not help us at all. We took cold showers, warmed water in the microwave for tea (electric tea kettle did not work) and departed. We would have liked if Carla could have responded to our texts in a prompt manner.

This apartment was in a great location as you can see the top of St Peter's Basilica from your window. Very clean, lots of space and the air conditioning in every room was a welcome bonus.

Amazing location, just across the street from the Sistine Chapel! Mini marts, Pharmacy, cafe’s, restaurants, and transportation needs all around you. You really cannot find a better location.

This property is absolutely amazing! We truly enjoyed our “Roman Holiday”. The apartment is beautiful . The views are spectacular. So close to the Vatican and easy travel around the city! We used a Hop on Hop off around the city as well.
Giorgio met us and showed us around the apartment. Gave us some great tips on Restaurants and markets.
Carla was very helpful in arranging transportation to the airport.
I would definitely recommend this property for your own Roman Holiday!!

The apartment was very clean and spacious! Excellent views and right across the street from the Vatican. Restaurants and shopping right out the door. Coffee, juice, milk, and snacks were provided until we could get to the grocery store and that was very appreciated. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Clean property and ample space for all of us. Beds were comfortable and loved the darkening shades on windows! Everything was as described. Unfortunately, one of the bedroom air conditioners wasn't working which obviously can happen - but we would have hoped the host would have been more proactive in the issue rather than us continuing to have to reach out... and sadly, it didn't get repaired during our visit. Could just be a communication error as Carla was extremely kind on the phone. The location was great as we could easily walk to the Vatican and there was a cafe down below outside the property for a convenient coffee and breakfast!

Carla was a great host and met us there and made us feel comfortable immediately. This apartment was impeccably clean and you felt at home right away. It is located just a few minutes walk to St. Peter's Cathedral and there are great restaurants and coffee shops with in steps of the front door. I would definitely recommend this location to all and i would stay there on my next trip to Rome.

The location is amazing! We can see St. Peter’s Basilica from the apartment. Great dining options and easy transportation options too. Communication with Carla was great and she responds very quickly. The apartment is also huge, clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend for families and groups looking for a great location, clean space and great value.

Enjoyed our stay, apt lovely, comfortable so convenient to Vatican. Had trouble on arrival opening apt door. Need to insert key all way into keyhole and turn right to click. Also written direction for TV controls would be helpful for older renters. Overall would certainly rent again. Thank you.

My teenage daughter and I were here for couple days. The place was fantastic and perfect for a small family. The hosts were there to meet us and walk us through how to use everything. The location is perfect, close to the bus and taxi's and easy walks to get anywhere. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We enjoyed to have access to both Metro and bus stops, made our commute to touristic places enjoyable plus we got a bit of the cultural aspect of Rome by doing so! People were very friendly and willing to help us when not sure about stops!

It was a great place to stay. It was very helpful to have Carla set up a car transport from and to the airport. That worked very slick. The space to stay was excellent. The location was right next to St. Peters. We could look out the window to even see the line forming before the people audience on Wednesday.
