ROMAN HOLIDAYS, TWO STEPS FROM SAN PIETRO FULL OPTIONALS
Appartamento completamente e finemente ristrutturato situato in un antico palazzo posto nelle immediate vicinanze (100 mt) del colonnato di San Pietro. Quarto ed ultimo piano con ascensore, silenzioso, affaccio esterno su tre lati è composto da: ampio ingresso, 2 ampie camere da letto di cui una con letto matrimoniale e bagno privato ed una con due letti singoli, (in entrambe le camere è possibile aggiungere su richiesta un terzo letto), secondo bagno, cucina accessoriata (piatti, pentole, bicchieri, posate) con lavastoviglie, lavatrice, robot da cucina, forno,forno a microonde ,macchina Nespresso, tostapane ed altri utensili da cucina, salone con divano letto matrimoniale , tavolo da pranzo per 8 persone, aria condizionata nelle camere da letto e nel salone, TV-SAT, WI-FI.
Accessori per i più piccoli, lettino, seggiolone, fasciatoio, scaldabiberon e giocattoli. Biancheria completa da bagno, letto, cucina e lettino, asciugacapelli, ferro ed asse da stiro.
Al vostro arrivo troverete tutto il necessario per la Vs. prima colazione (latte, thè, fette biscottate, burro, yoghurt, biscotti, aranciata, marmellata, caffè/cialde)
Accanto al portone di ingresso del palazzo si trovano farmacia ,banca, bar, ristoranti pizzerie negozi alimentari di ogni genere compreso supermarket
L'appartamento trovandosi in zona centrale è collegato con vari mezzi (bus, treno, metro) a tutti i siti turistici di Roma.
Accessori per i più piccoli, lettino, seggiolone, fasciatoio, scaldabiberon e giocattoli. Biancheria completa da bagno, letto, cucina e lettino, asciugacapelli, ferro ed asse da stiro.

Our stay in Rome was great! Carla and her husband were wonderful hosts and allowed us to check in early and check out a little later. The apartment was clean, spacious, beautiful, and equipped with coffee, snacks, coffee maker, and AC! Several nice restaurants close by, St Peter’s Basilica steps away, and an elevator to get you to the 4th floor. Apartment was absolutely charming!

The location was terrific and we really appreciated the little extras like a list of good restaurants, toast and chocolates. After a long day of walking my kids especially appreciated the treats. It’s a good size for a family of four and if we make it back to Rome, we would definitely book again. The elevator was a blessing!Carla was also kind enough to book a car for us. The total price given was 80 euros. I had spoken with the driver ahead of time and told him we had to go through the ESS process so we would be awhile coming through. I reminded him again, before we arrived that we would be longer getting through. He arrived early anyways and when he dropped us off at the apartment the price was now 120 euros as it was considered overtime. This has nothing to do with Carla but just a heads up that this could be a factor with the new ESS system. I should also note that the train station is quite close by as well, so it was an easy job to walk over as we headed to our next city.

Great location, was hard to find but once we found it was good, the listing said it slept 9, we were 6 adults and was only comfortable for 2 couples, the third was a pull out couch that had a thin mattress and the slats kept on falling out, if your a family it may work as they had 4 single cots, not a good stay for more than 2 couples. Overall it was a decent place with a great location.
