L'appartamento modernamente ristrutturato si trova al terzo piano in uno stabile "vecchia Milano" nel cuore del quartiere di Porta Venezia.
Si trova a pochi passi dalla fermata della metropolitana M1 Porta Venezia. In 10 minuti a piedi si possono raggiungere Piazza San Babila, il Duomo e il Quadrilatero della Moda.
Nel quartiere si trovano piccoli ristoranti, bar, botteghe, negozi di ogni tipo e caffetterie.
L'appartamento ha una camera da con letto matrimoniale con cabina armadio, una zona cucina che si trova nel soggiorno dove è posizionato un divano letto matrimoniale; il bagno ha un'ampia doccia.

We came for the Alfa Romeo Museum but loved the property and the neighborhood so much we will be back!

Amazing location, short 3 minute walk to Metro, convenient central location if you just want to walk. The home is quiet and relaxing. Two a/c's cool a small place comfortably in a short time, and with 90° Milan weather, this was very welcome. Perfect little kitchenette to make our own coffee in the morning and a small fridge to fit all of our drinks and food. The owner is extremely responsive and kind. You can stay here with no worries and confidence in full support. Traveling with two grown kids, this was a great size with a separate room for the kids and privacy for the grownups. We would definitely choose it again when traveling to Milan.

Close to EVERYTHING.
Amazing location, short 3 minute walk to Metro, convenient central location if you just want to walk. The home is quiet and relaxing. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well thought out, with interesting art and a cool, modern design. It looks just like the pictures. It's pretty much like staying in a modern suite in a boutique hotel. Check-in was very easy. There was juice and a bottle of wine there when I arrived. Internet, laundry and air conditioning all worked, and there is a huge supermarket across the street (go into the underground parking structure and take the lift up to the supermarket.) Overall, it was a great stay. I would stay there again and recommend to others.

Stylish and well designed
The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well thought out, with interesting art and a cool, modern design. It looks just like the pictures. It's pretty much like staying in a modern suite in a boutique hotel. Check-in was very easy. There was juice and a bottle of wine there when I arrived. Internet, laundry and air conditioning all worked, and there is a huge supermarket across the street (go into the underground parking structure and take the lift up to the supermarket.) Overall, it was a great stay. I would stay there again and recommend to others.

"Met all expectations"
Lovely apartment on a quiet street set back from the Porta Venezia. Convenient to all transportation, main attractions, restaurants and easy walking distances if you prefer. Steps away from supermarkets & bakeries etc. Daniela was a gracious host and very accommodating. Would love to stay here again, everything was as advertised.

What a gem of a place right in the city yet quiet, safe and close to all the sites. The apartment has everything, I mean everything, you could possibly need. The layout is fabulous and totally modern. We felt like we were home. Grocery across the street, metro within 10 minutes and the city center only a 15-20 minute walk. Highly recommend this place. Our second home in Milan!
What a gem of a place right in the city yet quiet, safe and close to all the sites. The apartment has everything, I mean everything, you could possibly need. The layout is fabulous and totally modern. We felt like we were home. Grocery across the street, metro within 10 minutes and the city center only a 15-20 minute walk. Highly recommend this place. Daniela and her husband were the most welcoming and wonderful hosts. My husband and I were traveling on our honeymoon and this was our first place we stayed. It took us so long to get out of the airport that we were running late to meet Daniela at the flat. She found us at the parking structure near the flat and led us to her property where her husband had left a bottle of wine and fresh flower for us. There was even milk, juice and cookies for us too. The location was great for what we wanted to do. We ate at a restaurant just down the street on that first night and it's one of our favorite memories from our trip. Daniela's flat had every amenity we needed, including a nespresso coffee maker, beautiful updated bathroom and laundry in the flat. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you Daniela!!

Beautiful, clean well designed apartment. Close to all facilities including tram and subway stops. Helpful check in from Gina and a car organized from Malpensa airport at night. We would pick this place any time we return to Milan. Secure and quiet building. Thank you Daniela.

Charmant appartement très bien situé
Daniela vous accueille avec des fleurs, le ton est donné ! C'est Daniela: charmante, disponible et toujours à l'écoute .
L'appartement n'est pas très grand, mais lumineux, très joliment décoré, situé dans une rue calme, très proche de tous les centres d’intérêt de MILAN et de commerces utiles .... Super Marché, pharmacie .......
Nous avons été ravies de notre choix et ne pouvons que le conseiller.
Grace à Daniela et à la beauté de Milan nous avons passé une excéllente semaine !

The apartment has been carefully and tastefully renovated, and has almost everything you need for a comfortable stay. The one exception, and it's a very minor one, is that it has no microwave oven. We might have used one to reheat some leftovers, but on the other hand, it's Italy, so there are plenty of good choices for fresh food instead. A/C worked very well, which was a blessing, as there was a heat wave while we were there. Daniela was very helpful with questions such as taxis, parking, etc.
One other very minor note: watch out for the small (2-3 inch) step going from the living room to the bedroom! At night, with a little wine, it's easy to miss . . . After the first night, I got in the habit of leaving something of a different color (e.g., socks) in front of the step to call my attention to it. I can recommend that practice . . .

Compact & Comfortable
We were able to book only 1 night the last day of our vacation. We were not able to do much since it was a rainy day so it worked out perfect for us to rest from our 2 weeks vacation in Italy.
The apartment is small but well equipped and everything is brand new.

It was a very nice apartment with easy train access to central Milan.
Daniela was a very nice small one bedroom apartment in a nice neighborhood just out side on central Milan. There were plenty of small bistros and cafes withing easy walking distance of the apartment. I had a car and parked it around the block at a parking garage for 25 euro/day. The apartment is near the light rail station and it only took about 20 minutes to get to central Milan. Daniela met me at the apartment and was very pleasant and helpful. She responded to my emails and phone calls promptly and even arranged to get me back into the apartment when I accidentally locked myself out on a Sunday morning.

A comfortable and convenient apartment.
I found the location to be convenient; very easy to get to major sites like the Duomo and the Pineocateca Berra.
The whole place is beautifully appointed. The kitchen is laid out very nicely and is quite functional. The shower is downright luxurious.
Daniela was fantastic and very helpful. I'll definitely look into returning to this apartment on future trips to Milan.

Modern, clean and perfect location
I stayed for two nights in the apartment in July 2016. Everything was perfect and professional. Daniela is very quick to respond to enqueries and everything was as described, actually even better! The flat is very modern, clean and clutterfree and has great airconditioning. Upon arrival there were some beverages in the fridge :) The flat is very well situated from downtown shops (high street and designer) near the Duomo and also the high street shops on av. Buenos Aires near Venezia underground station. In the apartment there is a folder with some useful information regarding shops, restaurants and sights. Daniela is a very attentive host :) I will defenitely stay here again next time I visit Milano.

Excellent choice for Milan
We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment!. It was just perfect for our 1st stay in Milan. Daniela welcomed us after a long flight from Australia and provided us with helpful directions and information about Milan. She answered our inquiries immediately. Refreshments and goodies were left for us in the very clean and comfortable apartment. Thank you so much Daniela for making our stay in Milan so special!

Exceptional apartment close to the center of Milano
Beautiful, exceptionally clean and well-furnished apartment in the Porta Venezia area of Milano. Close to numerous restaurants and cafes, a grocery store, and the public gardens. Easy stroll or quick ride on the Metro to Duomo and Galleria. Daniela was welcoming and attentive to make our stay as comfortable as possible. My wife and I loved our stay and cannot wait to return. Highly recommend!
