Alles, tolles Hotel. Wie immer ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Die Preise im Restaurant sind zu hoch.

Das design und Ambiente des Hotels ist außergewöhnlich schön. Der Ausblick auf die Mosel ist traumhaft. Trotz der Größe ist es “familiär” und sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist höflich und zuvorkommend. Über das Restaurant muss man nicht viel sagen… Es ist vorzüglich! auch der Mittagstisch ist sehr zu empfehlen.
es war ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder.
Aufzug macht bedenkenswerte Geräusche. Die Spinnen am Geländer der Terrasse verscheuchen jede Frau 😉

Wir wurden sehr herzlich bei unserer Ankunft begrüßt. Die Zimmer sind super gemütlich und toll eingerichtet. Das Personal im Fährhaus war zu jederzeit sympathisch und herzlich.

The breakfast had a good range of buffet food. Excellent service from the staff.
The hotel location is easy to find ( we travelled by cycle !) and it felt safe too.
There was limited lounge space to enjoy a drink and too relax.

And how hard can it be to get some ice in your room?
Air-conditioning was regulated to 20c which is ok for an office but way too warm for a bedroom.
Not really what should be expected from a 5 star location.
Will not be returning.

This was our third time as we couldn't find any other place as nice as this one in the Benelux/France/Germany area.
Friendly reception, helpful as well.

Clean room with great views. Excellent breakfast.
Dinner wasn't cheap but the cooks, the quality and taste of the food and the dining room staf were excellent, with dietary and allergy requirements taken into account, so the price was worth it.
Sauna was great.
The location is a little outside the city centre but with a car not a problem. Last time we were there during better weather and we cycled to the city centre using the bicycle paths.
Slight issue with duvets being swapped over between beds, nothing else at all.

The hotel was beautiful, the personnel welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was very good, the view of the lake in our bedroom.
The price of the restaurant for the new year (a little bit expensive), but good food.

Fantastic location down to the Mosel river. Very good atmosphere and welcoming/helpful staff. Facilities very good
1. Bathtub slippery floor and not handicap friendly
2. Wifi - to low speed at room - not acceptable for business travellers
3. checkout issues - invoice not detailed enough and with wrong information. Manager called and had to manually re-calculate - obviously a software below required standard or staff not trained properly
