Spacious, comfortable and well fitted out. Great location close to centre and Hoe with offroad parking.
Basement property with damp issues. Although property had dehumidifiers they were small and needed emptying on several occasions. Left kitchen fan on to keep air flowing and fresh. Issue advised to property manager so may now be resolved.

Very convenient for amenities.
Very nice interior and decor.
Only thing was sofas were a little uncomfortable as seat cushion kept slipping off when you moved.

Nice and close to the town centre.
The blinds were missing panels so light was getting through.

Location was perfect for the fireworks
Sadly very dirty. The carpets were filthy (and I mean filthy), there was dirt and dropped sweats under the sofa, the American style fridge had lost the dispenser so we couldn’t get cold water or ice out of it, one of the beds didn’t have a mattress protector on it and I wish I hadn’t seen the mattress, pillows poor quality. There were slats in the blinds missing, the sofa and cushions were dirty. The whole apartment needs a good clean and freshen up.

"This Suite is exactly what we needed for our one night stay to see a show at the Plymouth Pavilions… perfect location for walking to centre, enough space and comfortable for 4 people, decent bathrooms..."
