The location was lovely - down a winding country lane about 15 min drive from Bristol airport. Parking right next to the accommodation. The accommodation block is close to vineyards and with a nice view up to the Blagdon hills.

Although the breakfast was ample for us, we were surprised to find it left in our bedroom and not served in a dining room.

Perfectly adequate & pleasant.

The sink was too small to be able to wash your face in easily. The small glass shelf in the shower was dangerous for my wife who is severely sight impaired, so she could have walked into it, if I hadn’t warned her.

Our first time using this facility and it's self check in/out procedure which worked well along with excellent specific instructions as to location and how to find our room. The room, bed, and breakfast provision were excellent. Views over surrounding countryside amazing.

One little niggle, some black mould along the inside of the shower which could be easily cleaned off with appropriate spray solution and a small brush.

Lovely country setting. Bed was comfortable.

Bathroom not the cleanest, shower sealant and grout was mouldy. Under the sink unit was really dirty. Only two hangers on a row of pegs to hang your clothes. Breakfast average. Extremely hot, and only a fan to help but who can sleep with a fan running, would have expected air con in a place of this caliber. Main door did not lock, it was broken. Had to put all our things back in the car to be able to go out for dinner and had to put a chair against the door to feel some kind of security during the night. Rang the out of hrs number but no solution suggested, Ideally should have been moved to another room. Complained in the morning and a few days later was given a 50% refund, surely for inconvenience and customer satisfaction a full refund should have been forthcoming. Overall a supposedly high end establishment only achieving a budget feeling. Wouldn't stay there again or recommend it.
