We spent a wonderful vacation in this great house. The house is super furnished, large and has a fenced garden (ideal for dog owners). It is also centrally located and you can walk to the harbor and stores in a few minutes.

Vrbo details sadly lacking in important information together with confusion over wifi access, which got us off on the wrong foot.
The owner was extremely helpful and understanding, sirting everything out amicably.

We were just three in the end as our additional friends were unable to travel due to recent hospital stay.
The house was clean, modern and had everything we required. Contact with Mr Dufour was easy and Carole was waiting for us on arrival. Our only concern was the ground floor room was a little small and the beds low. If our disabled friend had come with us she would have found it difficult- but not impossible- she’s in a wheelchair. The ground floor shower room was large and would have been accessible for her.
Would definitely consider going again. The area is lovely. We hired bikes and enjoyed visiting the villages.

Einfach hervorragend!
Supertoll ausgestattetes Haus, ideal auch für Hunde (Garten, eingezäunt, Gassi- Runden in der Umgebung), es fehlt praktisch an nichts ! Geschäfte wie Market (Carrefour), Bäcker, Pâtisserie, Restaurants, Anlandung frischer Fische und Meeresfrüchte direkt am Hafen. Wir haben das tägliche Tischtennistennisspiel genossen...ein rundum gelungener Urlaub !

ideal family vacation home
Our large family (four adults, six children aged 2 to 16) stayed for a week at Eric’s house in Saint Vaast. The house is spacious, well-designed, with fine attention to detail. The furniture is both practical and attractive. The kitchen is incredibly well-equipped, making food preparation for large groups relatively easy. Indoors, all sorts of games and toys are available, and there’s room to play ping-pong, etc. in the back garden. The house is well-situated, walking distance from shops, the port, a football field and skatepark. Over all, Eric has designed his house for maximum comfort and multiple uses, and I strongly recommend it to anyone traveling to this lovely town.

Pour ce séjour en famille nous avons eu tout le confort nécessaire dans la maison pour passer de bons moments tous ensemble.
La maison est idéalement placée près du port, de la plage et des commerces à pied.

Très bon accueil. Belle maison très bien équipée, bien située, au calme et à proximité du centre, des commerces et de la plage.
Seul petit bémol, la propriété des douches et du four. Ca aurait été chouette de pouvoir profiter des vélos, mais visiblement ça peut poser des problemes d'assurance.

Un très bon séjour passé en famille avec un enfant en bas âge dans cette agréable maison, celle ci est bien agencée, lumineuse avec les baies vitrées qui donne sur le jardin. La pièce principale est un atout (cuisine avec ilot centrale ouverte sur le salon et l'espace repas). Maison bien équipée de manière générale pour les grands comme pour les petits. Côté localisation à deux pas à pied de la plage et des commerces de proximités. Une maison bien équipée et conforme à la description.

Maison idéale et chaleureuse
Nous (6 adultes) avons passé un excellent séjour pour notre semaine habituelle de fin d'année.
La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la très grande pièce principale lumineuse qui permet d'être ensemble grâce à la cuisine ouverte et l’îlot central, l'espace salle à manger et celui du salon avec d'immenses canapés.
La réalité est encore mieux que les photos sur le site.
Un grand merci à Mme Leray pour son accueil et sa réactivité.
Nous recommandons pleinement cette maison.

Maison très bien équipée, confortable (aucun problème pour jeunes enfants ou personnes âgées) , avec notamment une très grand pièce principale très chaleureuse. Das Feriendomizil ist für Familien gut geeignet.
Am Anfang hatten wir wenige Beanstandungen. Diese hätten unseres Erachtens nicht auftreten dürfen, da die Übergabe eines Ferienhauses mit einer Endkontrolle verbunden sein sollte, die auch Funktionsfähigkeiten umfasst. Doch versöhnt hatte uns umgehend die sofortige, nette und fachmännische Betreuung und Erledigung unserer Anliegen. Wir können das Haus wirklich sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung
Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem Kind (2 Jahre alt) für zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Frau Leray hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns durch das gesamte Haus geführt. Die Betten waren bereits bezogen und ausreichend viele Handtücher lagen bereit. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat.
Gut gefallen hat uns auch, dass uns Herr Eric Dufour jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung stand und wir per Mail seit der Buchung des Hauses in regelmäßigem Kontakt standen.
Das Haus kann man einfach nur weiterempfehlen!!!!

maison très agréable avec un séjour lumineux, vaste bien meublé. Cuisine américaine très fonctionnelle très bien équipée. Nous étions trois couples et les trois chambres sont très correctes avec des grands placards pour penderies. Deux salles de bain où il n'y a là aussi rien à redire. BRAVO pour cet escalier éclairé en lumieres bleues et le parquet du premier est magnifique. Nous avons réussi à utiliser le barbecue une seule fois et déploré le temps excécrable qui ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la terrasse extérieure. Nous ne reviendrons pas pour le temps (pluvieux et froid) mais recommanderons chaleureusement cette location à nos amis et parents. BRAVO

We can't find any fault with this holiday home. It has everything we (as seven cyclists) needed. The rooms are spacious and is very multi-use as it will be perfect when we book for next year with the extended family of 7. It is within easy walking distance of the port and there are some lovely walks around the area.
