Appartamento in pieno Centro Storico completamente ristrutturato a pochi passi dall' Ospedale ed a 10 minuti dalla Stazione del treno. Adiacente al Teatro Rossini ed a 5 minuti in bicicletta dal Mare.
Luminoso e silenzioso completamente a disposizione per pernottamenti dedicati alle piu' svariate attitudini personali di relax o di svago.
Varie sono le opportunita' che offre la citta' di Pesaro; prima fra tutti l'accogliente spiaggia sul Mar Adriatico, il suo famoso Teatro Rossini, la sua Bicipolitana cittadina, gli Edifici Storici del Centro le sue numerose Chiese (circa 30) e le sue manifestazioni e sagre cittadine dell'entroterra e della Provincia.
Apartament in the Center of the Old City completely renovated,just minutes by foot from the Hospital and ten minutes from the Train Station. Two short streets down from the Rossini Theater and five minutes by bike from the Beaches.
The apartment is bright and quiet with use of the whole apartment. Convenient for couples,families and groups of friends.

Here’s the updated version of your Vrbo review with that extra helpful parking tip woven in:---We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully appointed apartment in the historic center of Pesaro. The location was ideal—just a short, scenic walk through the city to reach the beach, which made every day feel leisurely and relaxed. The apartment itself was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and the terrace was a lovely bonus for enjoying quiet mornings or evening breezes. The hosts were truly exceptional: always available, incredibly helpful, and attentive without being intrusive. They stocked the kitchen with breakfast essentials and snacks, and even included games for the kids—such a thoughtful touch that made a big difference. Just a heads-up for future guests: the street directly outside the apartment building is part of the ZTL (Zona a Traffico Limitato), meaning you’ll need a special permit to drive or park there. That said, you *can* bring your car to the nearby cross street next to the church to load or unload your luggage, which makes arrival and departure much easier. And for those traveling with a car, there are several free parking lots within walking distance—very convenient!It was a perfect home base for our family, and we’d happily return.

Nette Begrüßung vom Vermieter, gefüllter Kühlschrank und sehr freundliche Aufnahme. Wertvolle Tips halfen uns schnell uns in Pesaro zurechtzufinden. Als Vielreisender gebe ich selten eine 100% Bewertung, hier bleibt mir nichts anderes übrig. Ciao Bruno

Quattro giorni in tre nel centro storico posizipne ideale. Appartamento completo di tutto. Bruno il proprietario si è premurato di accoglierci al meglio. Non possiamo che ritenerci soddisfatti nel complesso del soggiorno.
