The property was conveniently located on Hilton Head with a nice view of the ocean. The property was clean with two bedrooms and plenty of towels and hand cloths. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, and cooking equipment; everything one would need to cook their own meals. The pools were understandably too cold to swim in mid-October. The only downside for us was that the bedrooms did not have windows to the outside, but to the condo hallway; thus the shades were always drawn for privacy purposes. In addition, the shades were not 100% successful in keeping the hallway lights from bleeding into the bedroom while trying to sleep.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo with our two children. The view was great. We loved looking at the pond beneath our balcony and especially the marsh across from it. We saw a ton of wild life (deer, alligators and birds). You can even see the beach, even though it wasn't directly beachfront view. The condo was spacious and we liked all of the counter space. We have stayed at this resort before, in a smaller condo, and we would definitely book this condo again. The beach was also easy to get to with access on either side of the building.

We've stayed on property many times but never in this unit. It exceeded our expectations and we'd definitely stay there again! The peaceful location above the pond and with great views of both the ocean and marsh was fantastic. Plenty of space and a short walk to the beach. Loved everything about it!

Very clean and well appointed condo with very nice ocean views and a short walk to the beach. Beds were very comfortable and beach chairs and sand toys were provided. Admirals Row pool is very close and there is also a larger pool on the other side of the complex. We enjoyed watching the birds, turtle and the alligator in the pond below our balcony all week. Communication with the owner was very good and we would recommend this condo to anyone considering coming to HHI. We have stayed at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort before and love all of the amenities and the beautiful landscaping all thru out the complex.

This property is as pictured, clean and comfortable. Hilton Head is a great vacation spot and the ocean view from this property is nice, though it is a side "View" and not "ocean front". Just a short walk to the beach which was beautiful. The big story is the alligator that lives in the pond just below this unit's balcony, a six footer who lives peacefully without any inclosures. We watched him all week long along with turtles, birds, and a couple of nocturnal creatures we could not identify. One day, we even had deer at the pond! One thing that would have made our stay nicer would be to have luggage carts available. We only spotted two on the entire property! Most everyone had wagons to transport luggage and groceries, but we did not know to bring one! Overall, we had a great time! Will return for sure....

We had a fantastic time at this Hilton Head condo. Diane was great to work with. She was responsive and provided all the details we needed. The condo was clean and well stocked just as pictured. The balcony view was fantastic. We were there 4th of July week and watched fireworks right off the balcony. We enjoyed the beach and pickle ball. Overall we had a great time and would certainly recommend this condo for any family vacation. Thanks Diane!

Great property, convenient to beach, pools, sports bar. Nice view from balcony. Short drive to restaurants. Living room furniture could be more comfortable, but comfy beds, beach chairs and stocked kitchen. Diane was in touch and takes pride in the condo. Would stay again.

We have stayed at Hilton Head Island and Tennis resort in past but have never stayed in Admirals Row. Our son is grown now and wanted to give him some privacy with his own room. The villa was very nice, laid out perfect. Kitchen was stocked well with kitchen utentils, dishes, etc. Good view of the ocean and pool area from the balcony. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This was our first trip to the Island. Diane was very easy to deal with and the property was close to the ocean. Property and rental was very well maintained. You can rent bikes on property but I recommend you do that the first day for the week. We will be returning again.

The beautiful view is what this condo is all about. Condo was neat, clean, and was well furnished with most everything you need for your stay. All in all it is a nice rental.

This was an amazing place for a couples vacation! We enjoyed everything about the villa and our time on Hilton Head Island! Very clean villa and quiet! Just steps to the beach. Great communication with the owner! I would have given this villa and the owner a higher rating if VBRO would have let me. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Before booking I had 2 important requirements, comfortable beds and a spectacular view and this delivered both!
The check in process was a breeze, Diane sent us the door and WiFi codes prior to our arrival there. The kitchen has everything one could possibly need but we did not do any cooking. The decor is simple but comfortable. The best part was hanging out on the balcony enjoying the various shades of the ocean and enjoying the abundant sunshine. The access to the beach is very good and it’s a pristine beach. Diane responded quickly to any questions and had very helpful suggestions. The property has a lot of amenities like the pool, tennis courts and restaurants but we did not have time to use them. Overall it could not have been better. Thanks Diane!

I loved waking up and sitting out on the deck while I ate my breakfast watching the wildlife before going down to the beach everyday. It was very relaxing. We ate at some yummy places while we were there. I recommend Skull Creek Boathouse, Hudson’s, and Crazy Crab at Jarvis Creek. We had a wonderful time on a sunset dolphin cruise. We also went to Savannah for a day and shopped at the outlet mall. Something else cool we did was visiting Hilton Head distillery and the Burnt Church Distillery in Bluffton. We really enjoyed our first visit to Hilton Head and our stay in this lovely condo. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a very enjoyable time in Hilton Head with the thought of hurricane Ian in the background. This was mainly due to Diane, our host, being so attentive and accommodating. She was quick to respond and very gracious with ideas to help us adjust our trip. The condo is clean and bright and has anything you will need. Diane has labels on thing to help guide you along. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo! Beautiful beach just steps away. Everything you could want and a lot of thoughtful touches. The view from the deck was fabulous. Bike rental on the property was so convenient. We found great restaurants and shopping too!
