The apartment was just right for us, a short block to the beach. Walking distance to everything. The bedrooms are small, but the location makes up for it. The kitchen has everything and more for cooking. An added benefit is the screened porch. We loved it!

We had a snafu with the cleanliness of the property when we arrived but, the real estate company responded very quickly and sent someone out to clean the place. The owner also called to apologize. These things happen sometimes but, I appreciate how quickly they took care of the issue. Great location in a quiet neighborhood and near the boardwalk and shops. The unit was well equipped. The only suggestion I would make would be to get a better lock on the door going into the screened in porch.

The apartment was a great solution for us to enjoy RB. The close proximity made it easy to take a lot of walks. The parking was clutch.

Insurance fraudFirst I want to start off that I feel horrible even writing a bad review on anyone’s behalf… I know we all are just trying to do our best. However, I feel as if I was a part of an insurance scam. I paid for the extra insurance due to Covid this year… And I feel as if the owner took advantage of that insurance coverage by putting in a claim on my behalf. I was told I would not have to pay anything and it would not affect me in anyway, but he/she wanted me to sign a legal document stating that I agreed to the damages at the property.The “damages” listed were are a joke…We were charged for the following: leaving a small bottle of hair soap in the bathroom. Mind you I did so because there was hair soap left in there when we arrived, so I thought I would return the favor. 2.We were also charged for sand on the porch… There was no broom there for me to sweep it, and I did not wanna break the vacuum. 3. We were charged for the tablecloth being slightly blown up on the outdoor table… All you would have to do is simply take the tablecloth and push it down to restore it to the original position. We were charged for the most bizarre “damages”I understand that this is a review and most reading this take reviews with a grain of salt because most reviews are written as an opinion. This is NOOpinion… these are facts. Again I’m going to tell you that the claim that was put forth in our behalf was undoubtably a scam. I do not care if it did not affect me financially (as the owner told me in the first email that I would not have to pay anything… I would just have to sign a document agreeing to the claims)… it’s still appalling that this was being reported. I was receiving numerous emails from The owner demanding I sign the legal document…I left the house cleaner than we arrived. I even washed the floor on my hands and knees.Shame on the owners and the realtor (Lauren) working with the owner.

We had asked somebody if they were TVs in the bedrooms and they said yes. My autistic son was very disappointing to not have a TV so he slept on the couch to be near his video equipment. Other than it being a little outdated, and the TVs not being there, it was a very charming house in a really good location:)

We did have a hiccup, one of the bedroom doors would lock when it was closed all the way (with no key to unlock it), and so we had someone get locked in the bedroom 3 times, once in the middle of the night when they had to use the restroom. (Ugh.) After the second time, I called to report the issue to Remax, who manages the property, and was told someone wouldn’t be able to come that day but could the next day. I told them that was fine; unfortunately that night was when we had the middle of the night lock in. Someone did come the next day and fixed the issue, so it shouldn’t be a problem going forward and we plan to try to stay here again next summer.

Amazingly well stocked with any kitchen item you can think of. We ate every meal on the screened in front porch. Would rent again!

This house was wonderful, I am keeping it on my list of preferred Rehobeth properties. Less than a block from the beach And roomy outside shower made it easy with little kids. The beds were comfy, the furniture sturdy, and so much hot water! The AC worked really well and there are ceiling fans in every room that kept us cool in an Incredibly hot and humid week. The screened in porch was wonderful for relaxing and tuning out electronics. We watched an awesome lightning storm on it. Thanks Liz for being an awesome and informative host!

This is a great place to stay. It's close to the beach. The only drawback was the noisy construction across the street.

Excellent location, well stocked kitchen , wonderful screened in porch. Overall a very relaxing quiet environment.

Place was clean, comfortable, and stocked with many every day items! Close to beach and boardwalk. Can see and hear the ocean from porch! Just a few blocks away from main strip. Small playground just a few blocks away was a nice change of pace for our 2 year old. Sand toys and beach chairs were a nice addition! Would definitely stay here again!

Loved every minute, especially morning coffee on the porch with the ocean glistening in view. Will come back again. Thanks

I have been renting this condo for the past 8 years, 2 weeks early in the season and 2 weeks late Aug. Its my home away from home and I love it! Its well taken care of, always clean and fresh, always some new surprise in the décor when I get here. Just 1/2 block from the beach and from here you can walk everywhere, park the car and forget it! The owners are great! I highly recommend it!

The place was really clean. Air conditioning worked well. Very close to beach and Fun land.If you have little kids like me this place is for you. We will be staying here again for sure.

Having stayed here with our 3 children, the close proximity to the beach & boardwalk was fantastic. After grocery shopping for the week, we never had to move our car again. Funland and all of the shops on Rehoboth Ave. were an easy walk for our 3 children ( all under the age of 8 ). We had one mishap when we checked in and the owner was very responsive & so easy to deal with - much appreciated!. Having stayed in Rehoboth for the past 10 years, this unit by far tops the list for convenience, location, and cleanliness! We plan to come back for sure!

When I decided to come to the beach with a dear friend of mine (both of us school teachers at the end of a very long school year) for a week long retreat, I knew that we needed a small but charming space close to the beach....and this is it! I have now stayed here five different times, and I cannot imagine staying anywhere else! The photos are perfect. I sit on the porch to have coffee and read, and I can hear the waves crashing to shore! The street is quiet, but the Avenue is just a few blocks away, so its easy to "go to town." Every visit, I am impressed by how spotless the apartment is, and the owners have always added considerate new touches; this year, I arrived to find four new beach chairs to use. I recommend this for women who need a "getaway" for a few days, or a few weeks. There is beautiful spiritual energy here...kind and loving energy. I really, really love visiting.

The condo offers the wonderful charm of an a historic beach place but has all of the modern amenities. We loved having breakfast on the porch with the ocean view!! This condo is very clean and comfortable. My husband and I have returned several times and feel like it is our own little home away from home. We love the beach, outlet shopping and outstanding restaurants.

Over the years, I've spent several June weeks at this lovely, perfectly kept condo. The short half-block walk to the beach, the delightful screened-porch, together with the well equiped kitchen have made this condo a great place to "repair" from the winter and get re-energized for the summer.

This condo is in the perfect location for a visit to Rehoboth Beach. You're half a block from the ocean, steps away from the boardwalk and close to all the wonderful restaurants in shops on the main street. Yet, you're far enough away from all the action that you don't get any noise. The condo itself is clean and comfortable. It has cable TV and wireless access, so you're always connected (if you want to be). The kitchen is small but very efficient, and the porch provides a terrific place to watch the world go by while you enjoy the ocean breezes. I will definitely stay there again.
