The location is good- just 3mins walk to beach.
(1) We booked 2 nights but only half tissue roll was given.
(2) Someone (housekeeper?) came in to our apartment without informing us.
(3) The fan of the air-con is not adjustable. Only can stitch on/off.

The view
We have stayed in many serviced apartments and Airbnbs, but unfortunately, this property fell short of expectations. While the staff was responsive in fixing a flickering ceiling light and a broken handheld shower upon our arrival, the overall experience remained average due to several maintenance and cleanliness issues.
The apartment felt "tired" and dusty. We were particularly concerned to find a significant number of charlie ants (rove beetles) despite keeping all windows and balcony doors closed. Additionally, the pillows were uncomfortably firm, and basic amenities were missing, such as hand towels in the kitchen and bathrooms. While soap was provided, it was a low-quality bar soap that was difficult to rinse off; liquid handwash would be a much-needed improvement.

"La posizione e la vista è stupenda, la piscina è unica ed è sicuramente il fiore all'occhiello della struttura. Comodo il negozietto per acquistare alcune cose necessarie e l'acqua depurata in camera."
