Staffs were well trained to give the hospitality and made our stay so comfortable. We had 93 years old mom traveling with us and staffs of all level here gave her the respect and helped in anyway they can. We were impressed. The room was comfortable with the panoramic view of the city. Buffet breakfast was good and the Chinese restaurant here was delicious. Overall we recommend this modern hotel and will stay here again if we visit Nakhon Si Thammarat again in the future.

We’ve stayed at this property before within the last couple months, it was very good. The breakfast was included. The food was fine. Everything was great. That’s why we booked again.
The breakfast went downhill and it wasn’t worth a fraction of the 700 baht additional.
