The location was excellent and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Having a washing machine with washing tablets and coffee machine with pods were highlights. Very spacious room and plenty of storage.
The kitchen wasn’t fully equipped, no wine glasses, washing detergent. We had to unblock the bathroom vanity and turn hot water on when we arrived. The AC units were noisy.

Great location, walking distance 5min to city center. Easy check-in, received instructions one day prior to arrival. We stayed in the apartment with terrace, everything is the same as the photos. Clean, comfortable, spacious. There is everything you need. Even coffee pods for the Nespresso machine which was great to start your day with coffee on the terrace.
There was no shower gel/shampoo and the soap container in the bathroom wasn't re-filled so we were out of soap the second day. And also not enough toilet paper. But this is minor, everything else was perfect.

The location was superb. All amenities available which was great with small kids especially when having to prepare meals. Beds were very comfortable. Lucia was also very helpful and available for questions. She also left a great guide to Bologna which was a nice touch.
