Esta en una área muy tranquila y a pesar de ello hay varios restaurantes muy cerca, de hecho en la esquina hay una cafetería y a 20 pasos hay otro lugar muy tradicionalpara disfrutar. La casa es bonita, cómoda y espaciosa. Tiene todo lo mínimo para una estancia corta.

Solo debes tener en cuenta que hay que subir unas estrechas escaleras para las habitaciones y puede ser complicado si tienes equipaje grande. Es una casa que puede albergar fácilmente a más de 5 personas y solo hay un 🚽, que además es en planta baja. Si quieres ir al baño de noche debes tener cuidado al bajar ya que las escaleras pueden ser un riesgo. El baño está justo debajo de la escalera y si eres una persona alta debes tener cuidado al levantarte para no golpear tu cabeza. La secadora de ropa es de monedas, en la mayoría de los lugares en los que me he hospedado en Japón puedes usarla gratuitamente. No hay casi espacio para secar tu ropa al sol, solo encontramos un tubo exterior el cual es difícil de usar a través de la ventana de la regadera. Se me hace un poco desagradable que te envíen un manual diciendo que todo lo que pudieras hacer tiene un costo extra, si no sacas la basura, te cobran, si usas más toallas, también, si no lavas los trastes sabes de irte, hay otro cargo. Realmente esos servicios deberían estar incluidos en lo que cobran con el hospedaje.

Stairs were a bit tight, drying machine wont work properly

We recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. Based on our personal stay, here’s what you should know: I. About the House 🏠 1. The house was exceptionally clean — including the beds, linens, pillowcases, towels, and every part of the rooms. It wasn’t dusty at all and truly exceeded my expectations. 2. All three bedrooms are very spacious. Each room has two queen-size beds, yet there’s still plenty of space to move around comfortably. 3. For our 2-night stay, they provided more than enough towels — we didn’t even get to use them all. 4. The house is equipped with very useful appliances such as a microwave, TV, and more, which made our stay very convenient. 5. We didn’t request it, but they even had a stroller available. Since we have a 3-year-old child, this was incredibly helpful. It really shows how thoughtful the owner is. 6. They also provided umbrellas, which came in handy on a rainy day. 7. All the air conditioning and heating units worked perfectly. We stayed during winter, and the heating kept us very comfortable. House layout and facilities: • 1 separate toilet room on the 1st floor • 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor • 3 large bedrooms (1 on the 1st floor, 2 on the 2nd floor) • Washing machine and coin-operated dryer • Living and dining area on the 1st floor II. About the Location 📍 1. The location is great — just about a 5-minute walk from the nearest subway station. There’s a convenience store right outside the station exit, which is very convenient. 2. The only downside is that Exit 3 (the closest exit) does not have an escalator or elevator. There is another exit (Exit 4) with an elevator, but it’s about an additional 3–5 minutes walk. So if you’re carrying heavy luggage, it may require a bit more effort. 3. The house is very easy to find if you follow the host’s directions. III. Communication with the Host 💬 1. They respond quickly through the booking app. 2. You can really feel that they genuinely try to be helpful in their replies.

IV. Suggestion for Improvement 💡 If there’s one thing I could suggest: 1. It would be perfect if they could provide a properly functioning weighing scale. It would be very helpful for travelers who need to check their luggage weight before heading to the airport. There is a weighing scale available, but unfortunately, it seems to be faulty. V. Would I Stay Here Again? Definitely yes. The place is affordable, clean, and maintains a very good standard of accommodation. I truly hope they continue offering great value without becoming overpriced in the future.
