Only a 6 minute walk from the station, big kitchen, tv and lots of chairs. A good vending machine with coffee. Friendly staff and quick to respond :)

Nice personel, well equiped kitchen(many pots, pans, dishwasher etc.), nice view from the window, bathroom is cleaned every day, large space(garden, dining room), good price.

It was very close to the train station, and to the beach. And it was good to have kitchen and balcony.
It was very hot inside, an air conditioner would be useful.

Great view, inviting staff, plesent atmosphere, acess to fully equiped kitchen, a garden where you can eat or relax and about 10 to 20 minutes to sea or conad on foot.

Comfortable room 5 minutes to the station with a train to Rome every hour. Friendly staff, free WiFi and quiet location. Great value for money. Perfect for solo travels wanting to explore Rome and and the surrounding area without paying Rome prices.
No mosquito net so have to keep windows closed at night.

Very convenient location, just 5-10 minutes from the station, friendly hosts, large kitchen on the ground floor. I will definitely come back here again. The only thing I missed was an iron and hair dryer

It was a mice house with good kitchen and kitchen facilities, clean
when we have arrived, our room we have booked with balcony was busy. and owners did not gave us chance to get it even when it becomes free. Not close to the see , 15 min walk by foot, one toilet for 4 rooms.

The bare minimum, but exceptionally cheap and the surroundings are lovely. Also, the staff is very kind.

Very beautiful and clean building and garden! The owner was super kind and helpful :). Fully equipped kitchen.
Watch out for mosquitoes in the garden. The toilet is a few steps away from the room and is shared (but very clean and never a queue). No shampoo and conditioner included.

Very nice Hostel, Kind staff, very well equiped kitchen, you can use, pretty garden, free washing machine, Close to train station and a 15 Minute Walk Downhill to City and Shops. Would come here again.
WiFi didn't Work for the majority of our stay, but it was fixed two days before we left. Please be aware that you need to walk uphill and climb some stairs to get to the hostel. It's not a big deal, only if you recognise at arriving at the beach that you forgot something :D

The place is close to the train station, every hour there’s a train to Rome. The room was nice and clean, wonderful vies form the window and balcony. the staff is very nice and friendly. 15 min to Tuodi supermarket, 20-25 to Nettuno beach. the kitchen is equipped, laundry is free
no protection from mosquitoes, no air conditioning.

I went with my boyfriend for Christmas and it was like 2 am when we got back from a dinner and he opened the door for us. on Christmas! the guy in charge is so sweet and respectful. the facility is big and pretty too. not too far away from the porto either. we loved it

That's a impressive villa with garden in nice location. Very calm, I didn't meet any other guests during my stay. There's a good equiped kitchen, you can prepare the meal and eat outside in the garden. Good place if you have your own company and want to slow down, other way stay can be a little lonely.
Staff is not speaking English, you can't enter the property with your own key, there's need to call intercom everytime, at night you need to call owner via mobile phone.

The room was more spacious than I thought and it had a lovely room. The stuff was very nice and helpful. The atmosphere of the place was happy and calm.
It was very comfortable that we could use the kitchen.
Overall, a very pleasant space that I would highly recommend.
Honestly, everthing was relly nice.

The Ostello is very close to the Anzio station which is very practical; and despite this, the area is very quiet.
You can reach the center of town and the harbor in less than 10mn walk.
This is a very typical Italian house and it feels like proper holidays in Italy; I loved it!
The owner is very nice and kind, ready to help and give you tips to where to visit and go. The place is very clean and also quiet. Barely not heard anyone. There is also a little garden outside if you want to sit and relax. I would definitely recommend it !
I haven’t tested the breakfast as I did an early check out to get the ferry on time.
