The location of the property is high above the sea and offers panoramic views, from Teide to Puerto de la Cruz to El Sauzal, including sunsets - when the clouds allow it. The apartments are within an avocado grove and an idyllic garden with plants and animals. The fresh bananas were an absolute daily highlight. The pool is fantastic. Even though we did not take advantage of the bbq areas for cooking, they offered a nice space to rest. There are enough parking spaces inside the property. Our apartment (10) was very spacious for two, quiet and private. It was nicely equipped; the kitchen had everything we needed, with the Nespresso machine as an extra plus. The beds were very comfortable. All in all, the place added greatly to a great time on Tenerife.

There was a bit of a hiccup to get the access codes for the gate and the apartment. Other guests had similar issues, but with a brief message using the phone number provided with the reservation, the issues was quickly resolved. This did nothing to dent our experience.

Quite and beautiful place to stay. Property was clean and tidy. Highly recommend if you want to stay near San Cristóbal de La Laguna.

We had a wonderful and pleasant stay at this property, where we booked for Apartments 3 and 4. Apartment 3 included a bedroom, living room, bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen, which was very useful for preparing breakfast. The balcony offered a beautiful ocean view. Apartment 4 had two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a similarly well-equipped kitchen. It also featured a nicely arranged private garden with sun loungers, a relaxation area and a barbecue. The heated pool was very clean and well maintained and was enjoyed by our two children. A nice extra touch was the fresh bananas provided by the host, available near the pool area. We also spent New Year’s Eve at the property and the host surprised us with a personalized card, a box of pralines and a bottle of champagne, which we really appreciated. Overall, we were very satisfied with the location, ocean view, cleanliness and quiet atmosphere. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We would gladly return.

Just a recommendation - it would be helpful to have a couple of detergent pods for the washing machine.

It was so peaceful there and the apartment had everything we needed for a nice stay. The swimming pool was warm and the views are amazing with the coastline and Mount Teide in the background.
