A very convenient apartment in a good location. Do not be put off when you first arrive and do not see the building. It is behind a very secure and safe gate. The proprietor (Gabriella) and her son are warm and friendly and wonderful.
Everything was great. Might be nice to have some soap to wash hands...and perhaps instruction on how to use the stove. Otherwise everything was super easy to manage - thank-you !!

Esta perfectamente ubicado. La recepción de Gabriela es muy cordial y desde el primer momento se encuentra a tu disposición para cualquier consulta. El departamento es sencillo, muy bien ambientado y silencioso. Tiene estacionamiento propio. En líneas generales nos gustó mucho, volveremos cuando estemos en Madryn.

The apartment took me by surprise by its very high standard. It was also super clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the bed was so comfortable. On top of this, Gabriela was a wonderful hostess. It took just about 10 minutes to walk downtown. Would I stay here again? Yes, absolutely!

the room is very clean and organized , with everything you need . the host is very friendly

Gabriela is a lovely host, very helpful and attentive. The flat is comfortable and nicely furnished, very clean and with a very well supplied kitchen. It's in a quiet area, though close to supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries, about 15 mins walking distance to the pier (from where you can see penguins and sea lions). We rented a car and we could park it in the yard. We will stay there again, we had a perfect stay.

The apartment was spacious. Good facilities. Excellent value for money. Generous proportions. Two TVs two air conditioning units. Bed very comfortable.
Host Jose very accommodating, flexible, helpful and friendly. Great parking facilities.
The basin was not in the bathroom.
The toilet flush was broken.
The outside space was unfinished.
