Nice to be able to return during day to rest up for more adventures in early and later evening Laura also left water, wine, and lovely cookie treats, lots of pasta and tomato sauce available to use location was so wonderful- you could walk to anywhere within the walled city in 5-10 min, So much to explore We took advantage of this tour with a trip up the bell tower via elevator. Loved visiting these churches and listening via qr code to details as well as viewing the city from the top of the bell tower. You have the whole day to take in the venues so you can stop between to refresh as you like. https://www.chieselecce.it/en/ticketoffice/ We so enjoyed meeting Laura and her husband and son. She even arranged pick up service at the Brindisi airport which she personally made sure went well, even with a delayed flt. Ask Laura for the location of the best gelato shop in town, it's an easy walk just outside the city walls and fabulous. Laura is an excellent and caring host. The apartment is a gem and so comfortable and beautifully appointed with great love. The bathroom was very modern and spacious

More time to enjoy this lovely city

The host Laura was most generous with provisioning and the extras for our wonderful stay in her beautiful property. Clearly her mission was to make our stay relaxing and memorable for all the right reasons, mission accomplished!

There was nothing we didn’t like, it was perfect.
