Modern Logan Square Luxury: 5 bedroom - sleeps 16!
La nostra casa elegante e di nuova costruzione in Logan Square ha tutto lo spazio di cui una famiglia o un gruppo di amici viaggiano insieme, oltre a un facile accesso ai migliori ristoranti, bar e negozi che il quartiere ha da offrire (anche se con elettrodomestici completamente nuovi, potresti ritrovarti a cucinare in un paio di notti)! Siamo a pochi passi dalla linea blu di Logan, quindi è facile arrivare a O'Hare o al Loop da qui. 2 box auto gratuiti in loco. Buona visita in questa casa spaziosa, soleggiata e arredata con gusto!
Si entra - dal garage o dalla strada - al livello principale, che è tutto aree di raccolta: zone giorno disposte per sfruttare la luce, zone pranzo e una grande cucina. C'è un mezzo bagno anche a questo livello. Al piano superiore si trova la camera da letto principale con letto king size e bagno privato, due camere da letto aggiuntive con letti matrimoniali e una camera con due letti singoli e un altro bagno. Al piano inferiore si trova una camera familiare, due camere da letto con letti matrimoniali e un bagno completo.
La casa sfoggia una connessione Internet WiFi super veloce, tre Smart TV 4K, altoparlanti Sonos, Alexa e giochi. I bagni sono tutti dotati di servizi essenziali, tra cui shampoo premium, balsamo, bagnoschiuma e asciugamani freschi di varie dimensioni. La fantastica cucina ha tutti gli utensili necessari e gli stand pronti per la tua cucina. Tutte le camere sono dotate di nuovissimi materassi memory foam. C'è anche una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice con fogli di detergente e asciugatrice.
La casa offre un ottimo accesso a tutti i fantastici ristoranti e divertimenti di Logan Square, nonché un comodo accesso all'autostrada per il centro. La linea blu è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Il quartiere è sicuro e accogliente. C'è un garage per due auto nella parte posteriore della proprietà per il vostro uso. L'accesso è disponibile 24 ore su 24 e l'host è disponibile in qualsiasi momento per qualsiasi cosa tu possa avere bisogno, inclusa una raccomandazione per il miglior intrattenimento nella zona.

Our family of 13 found this house a terrific gathering place for our long weekend in Chicago. The main living room and dining areas were perfect for our number, and there were enough bedrooms with enough different size beds to provide everyone with a place to sleep with a private or somewhat private bathroom. The house was well stocked and provided the supplies we needed. The online pictures do represent the home quite well as do the descriptions and reviews. The house is listed as a10-minute walk to the Logan Square Blue Line station, but one reviewer called it a 20-minute walk. Our experience was that the time of the walk was highly related to the age, energy, and burden (e.g., suitcases) of the walkers within this 10-20 minute range. The neighborhood, located about half an hour from the Loop by car or train, was quiet and attractive. Amit, the host, was extremely responsive.

A few friends and I stayed at Amit’s place during our weekend trip to Chicago. It was such a beautiful home with everything we needed. The location was great, too. It only took us about 10 mins to walk to the blue line, and the neighborhood was very nice and relatively quiet with easy access to the highway, as well. Amit was very responsive and accommodating—a super host for sure. You could not beat this stay for the price, especially. 10/10 would stay again.

We had a group of 10-12 and it was awesome. Host was communicative whole time. We had an issue with the water heater and the host jumped on fixing it for us. Place was clean and we would stay again!!

So, all in all the place is fine and lives up to the description. We do an annual trip with seven 50 year old guys to a city for a relaxing weekend.
Three things however I would comment about for people considering renting this place:
1) The owner has a ridiculous list of things that he says he will fine or penalize you for. It is like a laundry list of $50, $100, and more financial penalties. It is very unfriendly and given you already pay for insurance, it seems absurd. it is also written like the renters (who are paying a LOT per night) are in elementary school - say that you will make people pay for damage. I expect that if we damage something we should pay, but I don't expect such an odd approach to dealing with customers paying multiple thousands of dollars. Treat people like adults.
2) The owner seems to have a weird level of focus on the place. He mentions monitoring visitors from cameras by the doors,... It just makes the whole thing seem creepy.
3) A lot of stuff was in poor state - the garage door didn't open so we had to raise it manually/park on the street, the coffee table had damage to the edge when we arrived (which worried us given his crazy list of things he would "fine" guests for), one bathroom had an issue with the faucet, stuff was clearly low quality and not holding up,... Just odd for a place that is this expensive.
Again, none of these things are a deal breaker, but we wouldn't ever rent here again given the oddness of #1 and #2 above and the reality of #3.
