Plenty of room to hang out inside and outside. Lots of shady spots to set up horse shoes or just enjoy the scenery. The hills are a pleasant change from flat concrete and high-rises.
Loved all the windows in the house, allowing the outside in and the back porch where you can look down toward the water. We went when it was dry due to the drought but still enjoyed the stay due to the expansive yard. Very peaceful and you can see the stars at night.
Close to marina's where we rented a jetski and to The Oasis which is a great attraction you shouldn't miss.

We absolutely loved our stay and definitely recommend! Kyle was a great host and super responsive to my questions about launching and docking my jetskis since the lake is a bit down right now. Even with the water being low, the property is amazing! We hung out on the covered dock and the dogs had a blast running around on the "beach". The property is very private with all the amenities you could want and the house is super cozy and felt like home. We will definitely go back!

A little piece of paradise
We absolutely loved our stay and definitely recommend! Kyle was a great host and super responsive to my questions about launching and docking my jetskis since the lake is a bit down right now. Even with the water being low, the property is amazing! We hung out on the covered dock and the dogs had a blast running around on the "beach". The property is very private with all the amenities you could want and the house is super cozy and felt like home. We will definitely go back!

Our stay at the white cottage was great, the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, we fished from the nice covered docks, we were lucky enough to use the other dock since the people in the other cottage were not interested in fishing.. I wish we stayed a few more days.. we definitely will come back…very clean, the bed was comfortable… very peaceful, you feel safe…

The Little White Cottage by the Lake
Our stay at the white cottage was great, the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, we fished from the nice covered docks, we were lucky enough to use the other dock since the people in the other cottage were not interested in fishing.. I wish we stayed a few more days.. we definitely will come back…very clean, the bed was comfortable… very peaceful, you feel safe…

Great place to stay for a bunch of guys. We had the top house and the bottom house. Everything was exactly as listed, no complaints. For the bottom house, just be aware the walls don’t go all the way to ceiling. When your fishing buddy snores, it’s a little easy to hear.

In the midst of the COVID pandemic, it was time for a family get-away. My wife said she wanted to stay home, and have a quiet house, sleep late, watch movies and play with her toys. So dad, two boys, and two big dogs headed off on the epic "Guys and Dogs" road trip.
The house was just right. One bedroom for dad, the other bedroom has two sets of bunk beds which were fine for the boys.
Right on the lake. You can look out the back wall of sliding glass doors down to the lake, which is only about 100 yards down the hill.
People and dogs splashed in the lake, and otherwise just chilled. Played cards, watched a movie or two, and mostly just did a whole lot of nothing.
There is no oven, so think about that when planning meals. A cooktop, microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. Groceries are near-ish, requiring a 15 minute drive back into town.
Plenty of room for the boys (and the enormous dogs) to spread out and not be in each other's way.
The house was clean, and had everything we needed. Not fancy, but a nice lakehouse. Just what we needed.
Pretty much the perfect location for our road trip.

Family Fun!
Our family ❤️ our time at this location. The beautiful views from the front windows allowed enjoyment of the lake from inside, too. Everything was even better than we expected 😂�. Kyle was very patient with my many questions and answered promptly. We hope to stay here again!!

Cozy, beautiful scenery, private, great for friend’s and family weekend!
We chose this place because the photos show wonderful natural light, and not only did we get that but we got so much more! The view is exquisite, the place is so cozy and the cabin-like feel with beautiful natural light and tall windows is perfect for a family or romantic stay. We enjoyed the kayaks and canoe, and had friends stay in the upper house to complete our experience. Our children roamed and play, and the evening fire by the water made for a relaxing night. Only downside was not having an oven, but the propane grill provide worked fine for our needs to cook food. The owner, Kyle, has done a great job at providing a comfortable accommodation with plenty of towels, bedding, kitchen accessories, water vessels, and even a great book and game collection. We will be back!

Great little lake house
This is our second time staying on this property. My husband and I love having our boat in the back yard during a long weekend and the kids love the kayaks. Kyle responds super quickly to any questions that arise. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I wanted a private getaway for just the two of us. We couldn’t have picked a better place! Great view of the lake. Felt very private. Wonderful little cabin. Perfect getaway.

Our family had a blast!!
This house was perfect for our family of 6. The accommodations were great and everything, but food was pretty much provided. The area was nice and quiet and we felt like we had our privacy. We had our own dock to fish off of, swim, and lay around in floats. The area was nice to swim in and not gross like some areas of the lake. There was plenty of bedding, enough indoor seating, and enough outdoor seating for everyone. There is even a nice sized TV and a good selection of DVDs for the "less adventurous" kids.
My wife is more of an outdoor, camping type person and I am not, but this lakeside cottage was perfect for the both of us. All of the kids actually had a good time, which is usually an impossible task. Even our dog had a fun time exploring the area, walking back and forth to the dock with us, and trying to make friends with the local heron that hangs out waiting for people to catch fish. I will definitely rent this place again in the future.

So so lovely.
Cozy little beach house. The floor plan is awesome, it was only two of us and we had a laid back quiet stay but I can totally see how it would be so fun to go with a larger group. Lots of beds with lots of extra sheets, blankets, towels and pretty much anything you might need for making a snack or cleaning up a bit. It felt very homey, there was also a pretty nice selection of movies, books, and boardgames.
One of us also got lucky enough to see deer and it was magical.
Everything was really great, we could go on and on, really loved the vibe of the place. Looking forward to going back.

Great location for a get away
We stayed for 5 days at this property to relax, enjoy the lake and it was truly a great place to get away. The house has access to the lake shore as well as a boad landing. The property itself was clean and well equipped and provided with the hugh windows a fantastic view of the lake. The window AC units though were load and had a difficult time to keep the house cool especially in the afternoon heat. Overall, great place, great location!!!!

Lovely Lake House
We enjoyed our three nights at this lovely Lake Travis House. The water was back, we were able to drive up to the dock to pick up and drop off people. The house was perfect for our group of 6. Peaceful and beautiful. Everything you need was there, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved this property. With all the rain the water level was up. Numerous deer running through the property. Nice porches to sit on and watch the world go by. There is a nice concrete platform further down the property and a nice dock to fish or swim off. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back!

Great 4th of July Stay
The three of us, including our 5 year old son, really enjoyed our stay. We met George when checking in and he was very helpful on the area and making sure we enjoyed out stay. The place was very clean and no complaints at all on the stay. Location is nice - on the water, but away from the busier places on the lake. We definitely plan to visit again!

Immaculate
This beautiful cottage was a welcome retreat, clean, cozy and made to take in nature. The creek was up in late May, so wading, hiking through the hilly neighborhood and enjoying the sun (and the visiting deer) were priority. The owners have thought of everything to help you enjoy your time away from the city.

Awesome weekend getaway!
This house is so cozy! We loved it. We had a great weekend exploring and relaxing on the covered porch. Got a lot of rain over our stay... the water is definitely rising! But we had a lot of fun playing games and relaxing. Thank you for letting us stay!! :)

Great Place to stay!
Had a great time at this rental. The house was very clean and bright and had everything you could need. The house has a real "beach" feel to it and the property is VERY private and quite. At the back of the property is a large creek with trails that are great for hiking. I would definitely stay again. The property is a great value!

We had such a blast! The house is beautiful and looks exactly like pictures, there were so many movies and games me and my group of friends never left the house - very worth it! Loved it! I would definitely go again!
