L' APPARTAMENTO
A Marina di Ragusa, disponiamo a pianterreno di un appartamento di circa 100 metri quadrati, con verande su tre lati, vista sul mare, un ampio soggiorno-cucina, tre stanze da letto (con quattro letti: due matrimoniali e due singoli), due bagni, una doccia esterna per togliersi la sabbia quando si viene dal mare. Il divano del soggiorno può essere facilmente trasformato in letto matrimoniale.
E' un locale curato, dotato di Wi-Fi i, con aria condizionata, inserito in un ambiente qualificato, ricco di verde, silenzioso, costituito da un complesso di ville, adattissimo al mare e alle vacanze. Il giardino e gli spazi all’aperto, chiusi da muri e cancelli, permettono di vivere in libertà, consumare i pasti all’aperto, dedicarsi alla lettura, alla conversazione, agli hobbies.
Davanti c'è una scogliera, con piccola spiaggia sabbiosa, dove è comodo prendere il sole, tuffarsi, fare il bagno. La grande spiaggia della Mancina, raggiungibile anche con 2 piste ciclabile o pedonale, è a circa 500 metri.

Marina di Ragusa è un ricercato centro balneare, con un attrezzato e moderno porto turistico, un mare pulito e trasparente, scogliere, diverse spiagge con sabbia, tutte con ingresso libero, che permettono lunghe passeggiate.
A chi cerca un relax integrale e concepisce le vacanze anche come recupero delle energie fisiche tramite esperienze relazionali, culturali ed artistiche, Villa del Mare offre la vicinanza delle singolari Città del sud-est della Sicilia. Essa dista 25 km. da Ragusa, tipica per le architetture barocche, come le città della zona degli Iblei. Ragusa, Modica, Scicli, Noto, Caltagirone, Militello sono state recentemente incluse nella lista dell’Unesco, come patrimonio dell'umanità.
Vicino Marina si trovano le rovine dell'antica città greca di Kamarina, il cui museo raccoglie interessanti reperti del periodo classico.

Our villa in Marina di Ragusa is a holiday house.
On the ground floor there is a flat of about 100 square metres, which has three bedrooms (with four beds: two doubles and two singles), two bathrooms, an outdoor shower to remove the sand when it comes from the sea. It has a spacious kitchen-living room with several big windows, that make the inside very bright and thought them you can see the sea. Outside there are three verandas on the sides, a fine view over the sea and a beautiful garden all around the house.
It is a new, well looked after flat, with air conditioning, situated in a qualified environment, which is rich in green, quiet, made up of other villas, well suited to seaside holidays. The garden and open spaces, enclosed by a wall, a private parking, accessible through private driveway, mean that guests can live in freedom, eat outside, dedicating themselves to reading, conversation, their hobbies.
In front of the house, there are cliffs, with a small sandy beach, where one can relax in the sun, dive and take a swim. There is a big sandy beach 500 metres away, also reachable through a cycle path or a pedestrian path.
Marina di Ragusa is a sought after seaside resort, with a modern tourist port, a clean, crystal clear sea, cliffs and large sandy beaches, all with free access, ideal for long walks

L´APPARTEMENT
A Marina de Raguse, dans notre villa qui est située à 50 mètres de la mer Méditerranée, nous disposons d´un appartement au rez-de-chaussée d´environ 100 mètres carrés, avec des vérandas des trois côtés, vue sur la mer, un séjour-cuisine très spacieux, trois chambres à coucher (avec quatre lits: deux grands lits et deux lits à une place), deux salles de bain, une douche externe pour s´enlever le sable lorsqu´on revient de la mer. Si nécessaire, le divan du séjour peut être facilement transformé en un confortable grand lit.

C´est un endroit soigné, avec air conditionné, inséré dans un environnement qualifié, riche en verdure, silencieux, constitué d´un complexe de villas, idéal pour la mer et les vacances. Le jardin et les espaces extérieurs, fermés par des murs et des clôtures,permettent de vivre en liberté, prendre le repas en plein air, se consacrer à la lecture, à la conversation, aux hobbies.

En face il y a de récifs, avec une petite plage au sable, où il est agréable de prendre du soleil, plonger, se baigner et, à 500 mètres, une grande plage, au sable fin blanc, très fréquentée.

Marine de Raguse est un centre balnéaire recherché, avec un moderne port touristique, une mer non polluée et cristalline, des récifs, de grandes plages sableuses, toutes d´accès libre, qui permettent de longues promenades.

'A ceux qui cherchent un repos intégral et qui conçoivent les vacances comme la restitution des énergies physiques par le biais dexpériences relationnelles, culturelles et artistiques, Villa del Mare offre la proximité des uniques Villes du sud-est de la Sicil.

In Marina di Ragusa, in unserer Villa, die 50 Meter weit vom Mittelmeer steht, mieten wir am Erdgeschoss eine Wohnung von circa 100 Quadratmeter, die Sicht direkt auf das Meer hat.
Die Wohnung
Sie besteht aus einem breiten Wohnraum, mit Küche, 3 Schlafzimmer (zwei mit Ehebett, ein mit zwei Einzelbetten) 2 Toiletten, eine Outddor-Dusche für Sand des Meeres. Sie hat Terrassen auf drei Seiten..
Es ist ein gepflegte Wohnung mit Klimaanlage, Garten, Parkplatz, Möglichkeit draußen zu essen. Der Eingang ist durch einen privaten Weg. Das Haus steht in ruhiger Lage, in einem Villenkomplex. Der Garten und die äußerlichen Räume, umgeben von Mauern und Toren, erlauben in Freiheit zu leben, und sich dem Lesen, dem Gespräch, den Hobbys zu gewidmen.
Vor dem Haus ist ein Felsenriff, mit kleinem Sandstrand, wo bequem ist, sich in die Sonne legen, tauchen, schwimmen.
Ein großer, weißer Sandstrand ist 500 Meter entfernt.. Der Strand kann auch über einen Radweg oder einen Fußgängerweg erreicht werden.

Marina di Ragusa ist eine berühmte Badeort: es hat einen modernen touristischen Hafen, Felsenriffe, mehrere Sandstrände, alle mit freiem Eintritt, die lange Spaziergänge erlauben.
Für diejenigen, die auf der Suche einer vollständigen Erholung sind und begreifen Urlaub als Rückgewinnung von körperlicher Energie durch relationalen, kulturellen und künstlerischen Erfahrungen, Villa del Mare bietet die Nähe der einzigartigen Städte des südöstlichen Sizilien an.

Ragusa liegt 25 Km weit. Es ist eine sehr typische Stadt, charakterisierte, wie alle Städte im Ibleiraum, aus barocken Gebäuden und Kirchen.
