Piano terra con ampia terrazza situata di fronte alla spiaggia, di fronte al lungomare, nella zona migliore e più tranquilla della spiaggia di Villlananitos. A 300 metri dallo Yacht club. Leggerezza e vista sul mare. Spaziose quattro camere matrimoniali, soggiorno, cucina, bagno con doccia e schermo, servizi igienici e patio. Riabilitazione e decorazione completa di recente realizzazione. Attività all'aria aperta, vicino a ristoranti e bar della zona. È possibile raggiungere a piedi le famose saline di dove portare i fanghi terapeutici. centri commerciali Zenia due mari ed a pochi km città culturali e gastronomiche di Cartagena e Murcia visite. Musei e monumenti. tapas mediterranee. circuito di velocità. Turismo a piedi. Golf. In lunghi soggiorni può essere negoziato condizioni migliorative. Wifi e tv nazionale. Ha due moto da turismo per gli ospiti.

Lovely stay clean and very spacious right opposite the beach and restaurants. A nice space outside to sit and watch the world go by. Luis was only a phone call away if anything went wrong. Would definatly stay there again

Myself and 4 girlfriends stayed at this property for 4 nights. I know the area pretty well, so knew where the property was and knew it was a very good location directly opposite the beach.
We all had a great time and the property leant itself very well to accommodating 5 women of various ages as it has 4 large bedrooms.
There were a couple of things that were not as advertised ..
there is only one bathroom, it is advertised as having 2, but there is an additional shower and toilet outside in the back yard so it wasn't a problem.
Also there are no bikes, though it is advertised as having 2. We hired bikes for half a day from a bike hire a short walk from the apartment.
Luis the host lives nearby, so if there is a problem with the property he is there to sort it out very quickly, you just need to send him a message. When we arrived he welcomed us to the property and explained where everything was and if you don't know the area he will tell you the best beaches and restaurants to visit.
All in all we had a great break there and may well return in the future.

Great apartment. Plenty of room. Great location. Straight across from beach. Luis and Lola, was there to meet us. They made us feel very welcome.Any probs. Just ring them, and they cant not do enough for you. They supply a couple of bikes for you. The area is very flat, so great way to explore. Luis even gave us a lift back to the airport. I would recommend this apartment. If I go to Murcia again, we would not hesitate to go here again. All the best Jackie and Kevin. xx.
