The living room is spacious and sunny ,featuring a very comfortable queen sofa bed ( 140 x 190) with a 14 cm memory foam mattress, German, French and English books, board games, a handbook with some info about interesting places to visit and eat out. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all appliances : a double induction hob, toaster, kettle, electrical moka, french press and barista coffee machines, soda stream, food processor , LG microwave . The bedroom has a wonderful 27 cm high memory foam mattress king size bed, a separate walk-in closet, mosquito net, USB plugs .The bathroom is big with a walk in shower, bidet and hair dryer.
Part of a family property, the apartment is especially quiet and private.

The unit is spacious and sunny, full of charming details. From your private terrace, you'll be able to enjoy the absolutely stunning panorama over the lake , the majestic Monte Baldo (an extinct vulcano) and the old harbour.
The apartment is set in the vibrant, traffic-free old town, favored by tourists from all over the world, but still extremely high value soundproofing.
A short walk away, in a 200 m radius, you'll find cozy cafes, gourmet restaurants, delicious delis, trendy boutiques, public beaches and amazing opportunities for walks and mountain trekking.

Being located in a traffic-free area, our guests can park in a private garage with electrical door , a short walk from the apartment ( 500m) : upon arrival at the touristic office at the pedestrian area' s entrance, guests will receive a badge for the garage. Free shuttle service to our place.

Senza dover utilizzare l´auto si possono raggiungere spiagge, ristoranti, negozi e supermercati.

E´presente una linea wifi con internet satellitare a 100 megabyte e una cassetta di sicurezza.

Forniamo biancheria per la camera da letto, asciugamani per il bagno, prodotti di cortesia made in Italy, teli mare, borsa da spiaggia e borsa frigo, sedie da spiaggia, ombrellone, asse e ferro da stiro, stendibiancheria, scopa elettrica Miele.

Disponiamo di ventilatori a soffitto in camera da letto e nella zona giorno ma e´possibile avare l´aria condizionata (€ 10 al giorno extra da pagarsi in contanti al momento dell´arrivo).

Essendo una zona pedonale, godiamo dell´assenza di rumore e gas di scarico ma garantiamo ugualmente un posto auto gratuito in un garage sorvegliato a circa 500 metri dall´abitazione: giunti al punto informazioni all´inizio della zona traffico limitato , riceverete la carta per il parcheggio e un`auto elettrica vi porterà´con i bagagli all´appartamento.

E' SEVERAMENTE VIETATO FUMARE ALL'INTERNO DELL'ABITAZIONE PERCHÉ CIO' CAUSEREBBE L' AVVIO DEL RILEVATORE DI FUMO. A DISPOSIZIONE DELL'OSPITE UN POSACENERE ALL'ESTERNO SUL BALCONE.

Possibilità´di check in 24 ore su 24 e assistenza in loco. Io e il mio compagno viviamo accanto e ci occupiamo personalmente dei nostri ospiti.

La cucina e´attrezzata in modo completo con piano cottura ad induzione, tostapane, bollitore elettrico, macchina da caffè´ espresso e macchina per caffe´americano, moka elettrica, microonde, robot da cucina, detergenti e spezie (sale,pepe,olio,aceto,zucchero,ecc.).

BAGNO: doccia walk-in 1,20 m x 1,50, wc, bidet, lavandino, asciuga capelli con diffusore , shampoo, balsamo, gel doccia e crema corpo made in Italy con acqua termale.

CAMERA DA LETTO: letto king size con materasso in memory foam di 27 cm, lenzuola in puro cotone, cuscini in materiale antiallergico, ventilatore a soffitto con telecomando ( aria condizionata opzionale), zanzariera.
Nella stagione più´calda ci saranno lenzuola e trapunta, in inverno sacco in piuma, con cambio settimanale .
