Amazing location, kitchen has all necessary appliances and cutlery, fridge is good size for two people , lovely balcony for cloudy days

We had a door key, but when we arrived an employee was waiting for us and handed us the keys as well as walked us upstairs and explained all facilities.

This could be a very nice place if it would be renovated as they are renovating/have renovated (we saw it) other rooms. Ours was still a bit old and overused. Also there are two buildings and from the advertisement we expected to have an ocean view. Instead we just look on the second building of this property on the other side of the street. The ocean could only be be glimpsed when looking sideways from the balcony. Isolation of the windows was good, therefore it was relatively calm. But you had to close the balcony door, otherwise the street noise was quite loud.
