Ideal location, very secure

The property has ample parking space. The interior of the house was very well done it had French windows with ample light and air. The Rooms were very spacious with Kitchen and other required amenities. The location is very close to the beach allowed us to take a stroll every now and them.
It would be good if the place has 1 more washroom. As a single washroom for 6 people were a bit difficult to manage. One of the AC remote was not functional.

We were two families and we had the best stay at Casa Arvana. The two apartments are clean and comfortable. They’re a five minute walk to the main road in one direction and a really great stretch of beach in another direction. The house is down a pretty and quiet residential street, yet close to restaurants and shops with all the necessary amenities. The gated compound is lovely for children to play in as is the games room and terrace. It’s a terrific rental. Tanya and her property manager were friendly and responsive. We hope to return soon!
