Lovely cottage in an excellent location. It has everything you need for a home from home stay. Probably the best equipped place we've ever stayed in, we could have produced 10-course meals with all the kitchen equipment (but didn't!).
Lack of a stand-up shower is a shame and the cottage would really benefit from this. A larger sofa in the front room would make chilling out a bit easier, but the one it has is comfortable.

Lots of character in this old cottage with lots of original features. Very cosy. A really beautiful mature garden which we were able to enjoy in the spring sunshine. Fantastic location - a short walk up the hill into the town centre. Comfortable beds. All we needed in the kitchen. Parking on street which was sorted in advance, which was very convenient. Super helpful host - great instructions about the property at just right time.

Very nice cottage located close to the town centre. The cottage is very cozy and has all you need for a few days stay in this wonderful historic English market town. It is well equipped and was very clean and tidy.
The owner (David) is very nice and also really helpful with advice and suggestions. The only very slight downside is that there's only a bath (no shower). However we managed fine and would certainly come again.
