Location, design and decor. Comfortable beds.
We were not able to get a luggage cart to carry our luggage up to our room, the room was neat but not clean, the window looking out was smeared, the shower floor was dirty looking with scuff marks like someone had showered with boots on, I asked the front desk to send someone up first thing in the morning to clean it before I showered, but nobody came, the tile on the walls in the shower have mildew in the grout. There was dirt behind the doors and under the sink cabinet, there was no safe in the room for your valuables, there were a lot of scuff marks on the walls in the hallways like the property had been there for 20 years and it’s only been there for five, and there was no coffee available in the lobby for the guests. I was very disappointed in this property, I expected more from Hotel Indigo.

They are going through renovations so the hotel restaurant is closed.

Location
We were supposed to have two queen beds in each room and was stuck with a single king and folks had to sleep in the floor.
