Clean, comfortable and perfect traveling distance to Mt Buller and Mansfield.
Would book again. 3 adults and a 3 year old.

No Wifi in cabin and limited TV channels was the only downfall.

Wonderful chalet accommodation over 2 levels. The property had great views with kangaroos and a variety of bird life hanging out just outside. The property was easy to find with ample parking nearby. We ate at the on-site restaurant which was lovely. The chalet exceeded our expectations and we were very comfortable.

Lovely little property on resort with facilities. Needs of those coming off the mountain after a day skiing well accommodated. Beautiful spot. Really enjoyed our stay.

We very much enjoyed staying at Sherpa's rest, Pinnacle Valley Resort. Had a very relaxing time, everything was well presented and the communication from the owner Phil was excellent. Enjoyed the bottle of red on arrival, and the fact that we had access to the main Pinnacle Valley resort facilities. The wildlife was amazing, lots of kangaroos around the place and a variety of birdlife landing on the balcony each day. The location is close to the Mt Buller main gate so we were able to drive up easily each day to the carpark and then catch the bus (5 min) to the Village. Tip: your Mt Bulller entry pass can be priinted at the Peaks restaurant reception, so that you don't have to pay the $6 each day to print it on arrival at the Mt Buller gate. We spent 5 days skiiing and had a fantastic time, despite the weather being quite foggy/rainy at times. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at this lovely property. The natural beauty and wildlife made it particularly special. Phil the host was excellent, even taking our call on Xmas day when we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the oven! 5/5 stars

The chalet was comfortable, in a great location, and had everything we needed to relax over a couple of nights. Also has the benefit of using the Sebel's facilities, namely the pool & tennis court!
Would love to stay there again.

The cabin itself looked tired. The mattress need changing and a paint job would be good.
It's a shame that the gas fireplace wasn't working. It was one of the reasons I booked it. The resort itself was amazing. Great facilities and beautiful scenery.

The spiral stairs are narrow with a vertical handrail. Fine for able bodies, but not the elderly. And the downstairs shower is over a bath; again not ideal for the elderly.
The fireplace was OOO, but the central heating worked well and the place was warm. The bedroom windows can be opened for fresh air (not possible in another place we rented recently).
Phil was responsive by email. Judging from the photos in the unit, he likes mountain climbing!

The Chalet was well maintained and in a great location. Close to the resort facilities and a short drive to the ski village. The proper manager was extremely helpful.

The property was not quite as advertised, no spa and sauna facilities which is why I booked it. The owner was very pushy and demanded we be out before 10am. He then tried to charge us extra because 2 empty cruiser bottles were left on the coffee table. I would recommend the location but not this particular property.

Excellent place, excellent host! Phil is very responsive and generous! Kids loved the feeding the parrot and getting a close look at the kangaroos, Definitely enough in the resort itself to keep the family entertained for a few days
