We enjoyed the house, plenty of room for 6 adults. It was clean with comfy beds, and well stocked kitchen, had enough seating which is rare. great location for us because it was minutes away from UCCS where our son goes to school. recommended additions would be better outdoor table, a firepit and some functioning yard toys.
Overall great place, thumbs up.

Cons:
Eggshells in sink, dirty sock on couch. Not enough TP, Trash bags. Neighborhood a little trashy, felt a little uneasy upon arrival but didn't have any problems. Only 1 TV, had to let the kids play their games on it. Furniture needs updated but sufficient. Beds advertised as queens are more like full size. Could be cheaper compared to others we've stayed at.

Home was clean and matched the description. House was also in a great location and close to garden of the gods and the Olympic training facility and a short drive from Manitou Springs as well.

Lo único que fue horrible para Mi fue una puerta quebrada y casi se caía cuando se cerraba,
Más con Niño fue un poco difícil pero es cosa que se puede reparar fue de ahí todo fue tan bien

Much of our family traveled to CO Springs to visit family. This house had room for everyone, enough bathrooms, and a great outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful summer weather. The layout is nice and the neighbors were very friendly/family friendly neighborhood. It was an easy SHORT drive to Garden of the Gods.

Family Meeting Place
Much of our family traveled to CO Springs to visit family. This house had room for everyone, enough bathrooms, and a great outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful summer weather. Wonderful stay!
The house was exactly as the pictures display. It was very roomy and comfortable. Enough room for us and our friends. The back yard was a great space and nice as well. The view to Pikes Peak was awesome and a beautiful backdrop. It was our 30th Anniversary trip and celebration and my husband surprised me with a vow renewal in the backyard. I would recommend this house, it was everything we needed and close to the sites. We definitely would love to go back again.

The house is not bad, had room for all guests. There were minor details like no holder for soap in shower, the sliding glass door is not level and opens up the whole time while taking a shower, door handle came off as I opened front door, barbecue was never cleaned before I got there and they required me to clean it, a couple of the rooms looked like no one washed sheets before our arrival which was kind of embarrassing to me since I rented house and the dryer did not work, they suggested to fix while I was staying in house, I didn’t see email until the next day but if they knew it was an issue it should of been taken care off before our arrival.

Although neighborhood of older, smaller homes, this one had a brand-new feel, beautiful landscaping, clean, and cozy. Greatbeds, quiet for sleeping and plenty of room for our party of8 adults and 2 teenagers. Would definitely stay again.
