2 Bedroom Apartment with stunning sea views over Nerja's Burriana Beach
Questo appartamento climatizzato di recente ristrutturazione (2014) e modellato (giugno 2009) con 2 camere da letto si trova nel premiato complesso di Capistrano Playa e si affaccia sulla bandiera blu della spiaggia di Burianna. Il centro di Nerja, con la sua città vecchia e molti ristoranti, è raggiungibile a piedi, o vi si accede da un autobus regolare che ferma al complesso o in taxi.
Le porte del patio sia dalla camera da letto principale che dal salone offrono accesso a 2 terrazze collegate, una delle quali è parzialmente coperta. Ci sono viste spettacolari sulla spiaggia di Burianna con i suoi numerosi ristoranti e bar che sono a pochi minuti a piedi attraverso i giardini tropicali.
All'interno ci sono 2 camere da letto: 1 matrimoniale e 1 doppia. L'appartamento è completamente climatizzato e inoltre sia le camere da letto che l'area salotto sono dotate di ventilatori a soffitto. La nuova cucina moderna completamente attrezzata ha piani di lavoro in granito, forno, microonde e lavastoviglie ed è completamente attrezzata per coloro che desiderano trascorrere una vacanza in piena autonomia. Il bagno ristrutturato ospita lavatrice, vasca e doccia separate. Il soggiorno / sala da pranzo contiene una TV LCD da 42 pollici con ITV BBC SKY e vari canali in lingua europea forniti su IP TV. Sono presenti anche un lettore CD, DVD e I Pod Doc. C'è una cassetta di sicurezza a chiave gratuita.
Le due terrazze separate ma collegate sono allestite con un tavolo da pranzo e sedie situate con il barbecue incorporato su una terrazza e due lettini e un grande ombrellone dall'altra.
Il complesso dispone di 2 piscine e piscina per bambini, ombrelloni e lettini (piccolo supplemento da pagare al bar) e anche un chiosco che serve snack e bevande all'ora di pranzo
C'è un barbecue appositamente costruito su una delle terrazze per fantastici tutto l'anno

Lovely little apartment. The living area was smaller then I had anticipated but was comfortable and all you required. The main bedroom bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Alec the owner was extremely helpful ( thank you for the code for the car hire) and good at communicating. The balcony was the the main sell of this apartment. What a view! It was hard to pull yourself away from sitting there, listening to the sea and the fountain,very calming. It also had an awning which was appreciated. I felt it could do with a few updating tweaks here and there which would have made it exceptional including the beds in the second room, but neither the less I would definitely return. The beach was lovely and has a street with all you need, including a couple of small but clean and well stocked supermarkets, ice cream parlours, a bakery and restaurants. Our favourites were raw, tapas plaza ( fusion tapas), and Ruicon. There are a lot of stairs to the beach as others have mentioned, but these are through a lovely landscaped gardens with seats to rest on the way up. We were going to walk into the old town but decided to drive as the walk was 30 mins but up and down. The old town is worth a visit lovely vibes to it. The Alhambra was a highlight as well as Granada itself. We also visited the caves and friglana which only takes about an hour each. Very nice place and holiday. Definitely recommend this place and area.

Absolutely beautiful view of sea and ornamental lake. Loved the very well equipped apartment too. The communication with the owner is also very goodI cant waut to come back.

We were here for a month. This is a 2.5 star accommodation with a 5 star view. There is nothing refurbished about the apartment: all furniture is old, and in pretty bad repair, dishwasher and stove also very old. TV I think from early 2000, not a smart tv. Apartment smelled of smoke. Construction noise from a large house being renovated on the hill facing Capistrano was daily even on Saturday. Second bedroom was not made up with sheets or towels and we felt the need to clean more thoroughly ourselves. We did get the second bedroom issue rectified 3 days later. Host is slow to respond. The area is outstanding and the view is amazing. The apartment could be made so much better by a little bit of tlc and refreshing (toilet seat needs replaced and mirror in bathroom, updating pots and pans). There are 172 steps down to the beach. We are fit and didn’t mind this but if you have any mobility issues this apartment is not a good choice. If you’re not going to walk down the steps to the beach you’ll walk 20 minutes into the town for restaurants and markets. Nerja is awesome, we loved our time here!
