Excellent value for money. Rooms as well as the common kitchen were clean and well taken care of with housekeeping coming every day. The room had all necessities included.
The ground floor room is directly adjacent to the side-walk, meaning either every passer-by can look directly inside, or the blackout curtains have to be drawn closed at all times - something simple like a pull-up shade at the window to give more privacy while letting in light would have made the whole stay more comfortable.

The exterior of the property and its immediate location are not smart. However, the interior is excellent and my room was very well thought out and exceptionally clean and well-appointed.
The lack of parking is a drawback.

Location and proximity to city centre, cleanliness, staff helpfulness on the phone.
No lock on bathroom door

Use of kitchen helped cut down on costs
The doors need some trimming so that you do not have to slam them shut; everything someone tried to close the front door my room vibrated.
Some hooks on bathroom doors would make it easier to use the bathrooms.
Not the House's fault but until the major roadway construction is finished in 2 or more years it is very inconvenient and expensive to access downtown bt taxi or bus.
