We’ve been to Pagosa Springs 4 times, and this has been our favorite place to stay. The location is perfect. The house is perfect. We will definitely stay there again.

This is the second time we have rented the cottage. Don’t let the name fool you, it is a very spacious and comfortable home. It is a wonderful house in downtown. We will be back again!

We loved our stay at Main Street Cottage. We were able to walk everywhere. The house is cute, cool and well-maintained. The yard is full of sunflowers and sage…it was fun to sit on the patio and watch the birds, bees and chipmunks!

This home is so bright and centrally located. It’s perfect for a couple or a family as it’s easy to get to restaurants and only 20 minutes from Wolfcreek!
The space is gorgeous and the beds are so comfy. For those not seeking the dawn patrol powder the black out curtains are so amazing.

We came down from Summit County for a birthday "party"
We really enjoyed this property. Very convenient for tubing with my 1 year old grandchild. An easy walk from the river when she was hungry or tired.
We were able to celebrate my husbands birthday with ease.

Spacious House with great kitchen
Great house. Jetted tub was a wonderful bonus and kitchen was well stocked. Walking distance to restaurants and hot springs. Got to watch hot air balloons from the front door in the morning.

The perfect place to stay while in Pagosa Springs.
This was the perfect place for us to stay while in Pagosa Springs. Close walking distance to great restaurants, the river and the river walk. Each day we headed out into the mountains for hiking and fishing, returning to a very comfortable place to cleanup and rest.

Perfect in Pagosa
What a perfect location for a stay in PS…the hot springs and downtown shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. The house is comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen and baths are well appointed and stocked with all you’ll need. Livia was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We’ll be back!

This home is not only bright on the outside but the minute you step inside you are flooded with light and beautiful details to provide the most welcoming and comfortable experience.

We stayed for 3 nights to ski Wolf Creek, and the yellow house was just right for my family (parents and 4 tween/teenagers). The host is very responsive. The property is located just off the Main Street in Pagosa Springs - near to everything but not noisy. The kitchen is well supplied. The bath tub in the master is amazing and serves as a mini-hot tub. The house is essentially right across the street from a great pizza place and small coffee shop. We were so pleased with the yellow house and hope to come back in the summer!

Our family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers loved our stay in this home during Christmas. The home was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone. The small Christmas decorations throughout the home were also appreciated! The home is located conveniently in downtown Pagosa Springs with many wonderful restaurants and shops within walking distance. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the downstairs patio and the upstairs balcony. The home was well stocked and had everything we needed. We will definitely return to this home the next time we visit Pagosa Springs.
