After longing to visit Puerto Rico for some time, my family and I finally decided to go there for spring break. We chose Isla Verde as our destination and were pleased to find that the property we rented was clean and well-maintained, offering stunning views from the patio. It was truly delightful to enjoy our morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sea views and listening to the soothing sound of the waves. We were grateful to the property owners for their thoughtfulness in stocking some basic groceries. As we arrived early in the morning, we didn't have to worry about rushing to the grocery store right away.

We loved our stay at Isla Bella. The location was absolutely perfect. Close to the airport, 20 minutes from OSJ, 20 minutes from isolated beaches. We rented a car and it was so convenient to park in our designated spot and explore the area. Stunning views, tons of convenience, zero waits on elevator, easy trash drop, washer and dryer, completely safe and secure. I really can’t say enough positive things about this property. We were a family of 4 with two older teen children. Great for our family.

Really found the location to beach and pool ideal. Property was very clean and secure. Very appreciative of the startup groceries. Thank you. Communicstion with property management wasn't very good. Had mentioned that communication needed to occur with WhatsApp, but texts were sent via phone (which was non functional), so they neither got my messages, nor we theirs. Frustrating. Suite needs a cutting board and some cleaning supplies to clean sink, etc if you are staying more than a few days. Like fresh air rather than AC, but the howling of the wind in the rooms at night is unbelievable. House book needs to be updated. Some of the restaurants lusted are permanently closed (eg Il Nonna). Wished there were more restaurants nearby, though Hitties was excellent. Overall, good place to stay.

This place was fantastic for our family. The bathroom is small and the kitchen could use some updating, but it was comfortable and the view was fantastic. Because this condo is on a top floor there is a great breeze. We were able to open the step out porch doors and leave them open.

The hosts included many amenities that made our stay more comfortable, including beach chairs and a cooler. And it was very nice to drink coffee on the porch over looking the beach every morning.

Beautiful location and pool. Fantastic view. Condo was in terrible condition with ceiling water damage and mold, dirty floors, old rusted refrigerator, dirty mattress that was torn on fold out couch. Would rent another unit in this bldg, not this one

Had a great time. Will stay there again if I get the chance.

Had a great week in Isla Verda Puerto Rico. The Isla Bella is a nice condo, suited our needs for 4 people, great view. Very convenient to beach, pool, Walgreens and local restaurants. Hotties for Seafood. Not very crowded and very quiet when we were there. Weather was perfect. Easy to catch local bus, but bring your coins. Only accepts coins 75 cents. Or rent a car from Charlie across road, or take Uber

Everything was awesome, the host was easy to contact and the property was well-kept. The complementary drinks and food they stocked in the fridge were a nice touch, too!

The apartment was perfect for us the location is right on the beach had a beautiful view of the ocean condo had everything you need for a family of four! Even has your own parking spot! Only thing I would recommend is some upgrades to the bathroom!!

We had no issues with wifi, they gave us multiple keys, available indoor parking spot, washer and dryer in the apt, extra bedding and towels. They even had beach gear (towels/chairs/cooler). Access to private pool and basketball court was a plus. I have zero complaints and it m looking forward to returning very soon!

Everything was perfect. Communication with owner was prompt and clear. We ended up extending our stay and the management company was very pleasant and beyond accommodating. We had contactless check in and check out instructions were pretty simple. The unit is immaculate and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with cooking pots, utensils, dishes, and appliances. The washer and dryer in the unit was a plus and so was the ice maker in the refrigerator. The balcony view is priceless!! The building is super clean, every morning, staff were cleaning and disinfecting all common areas. There are signs everywhere require the use of masks. The pool is properly monitored with the guard to allow everyone to have a turn, we didn't have a problem with this. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The views from the condo are amazing from every room. The beach was wonderful including the water temperature (80 degrees in November) and the cleanest sand. The condo isn't huge but had enough room for our family of four. There is a grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants within walking distance and the beach and pool were right outside the building. The gentleman on the beach renting chairs and umbrellas were very helpful.

We arrived in San Juan just after the governor announced a curfew and the closing of all businesses/restaurants due to the Coronavirus. The next day we learned that the beaches were closed and tourists were to stay in their rooms. Fortunately, there is a spectacular view from the condo’s balcony. We were able too enjoy the view but never even got to touch the ocean at Isla Verde Beach! Luckily, we rented a car, and there was a very nice, secure parking garage at the condo. We were able to see some of the island as we drove to secure food (which was one of the reasons we were allowed to go out - we may have taken the long way to find a restaurant!) The owners were helpful in providing updates on the local situation, and they were understanding and supportive when we flew home early (less than 24 hours after we arrived!). They are considering a reimbursement for the additional day we paid for, fingers crossed! The stay was an adventure!

It was just great! Location was near everything. You really didn’t need to drive to local restaurants. The beach was breathtaking! Loved everything about this stay.

We had a wonderful stay in San Juan! Absolutely gorgeous views! Fantastic beach right outside the condo. Really appreciated the beach accessories provided as well. The condo was very well equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Condo was exactly as advertised. Beautiful view of the ocean! The extra touches (food, refreshments, beach towels, chairs & toys) was an added touch. Owners provided detailed check in procedures making the process a breeze. My only complaint was the noise level from the near by hotel since they have a roof top pool/bar which is close to the room.

The property was more than we could have asked for. The ocean view is much grander than any photo posted in the web site! Truly magnificent!! The small touches made it even better. When we arrived there were some groceries provided to get us stared. The beach towels were more than adequate. The beach chairs, cooler, and umbrellas made visiting the beaches so much more enjoyable. We had a great time! Looking to book again next time we visit.
