Beautiful Villa With Stunning Views Across Conservation Area
La nostra bellissima villa familiare si trova nel prestigioso resort High Grove a Clermont. Beneficia di un'ampia zona giorno open space e cucina completamente attrezzata. Ci sono 4 ampie camere da letto, due letti king-size con bagno privato e due camere doppie con bagno "Jack and Jill" collegato. La villa è dotata di tutti i comfort che ci si aspetterebbe da una proprietà di alto livello; aria condizionata, WiFi gratuito, chiamate locali, via cavo, una grande TV HD da 50 ", oltre a TV in tutte le camere e una sala giochi per bambini e adulti. Offriamo anche l'uso gratuito del nostro barbecue e c'è una cassaforte disponibile. È all'esterno, tuttavia, che crediamo che la nostra villa sia davvero unica. Con una piscina e un centro benessere rivolti a sud-ovest puoi goderti il sole tutto il giorno e una vista mozzafiato sul lago e sull'area protetta. Questa piccola comunità recintata ha un aspetto unico e, sebbene molto tranquilla, ci sono numerosi ristoranti, bar e un grande Walmart a soli 5 minuti di auto. Disney World è a soli 15 minuti di distanza, con Universal altri 15 minuti. È a circa 75 minuti dalle spiagge dorate e sabbiose della Florida e anche dal Kennedy Space Center. I golfisti sono anche soddisfatti, con una serie di campi da campionato standard nelle vicinanze.

Overall impression- AMAZINGMy wife and I have been traveling to the Orlando area for over 20 years. We have always rented a villa for our stay.We try to choose the High Grove community for its gated entrance and ease & convenience.This villa was far and away the best EVER.We were greeted at our arrival with a bottle of wine and a personalized "welcome" card. What a refreshing event!Clean, well appointed, and refreshingly well maintained.The pool heat worked perfectly.The spa felt like a bit of heaven after a long day.The villa is in the wonderful gated community of High Grove.We have stayed in High Grove for quite a few years and frankly wish I had been able to utilize Jane's villa all along.Owner Jane is incredibly responsive and supportive.My wife and I also had the good fortune of meeting the head of the HOA when we visited the club house.We spoke for quite a while about the upgrades currently taking place to the community gate as well as the new surface on the roadways.It is obvious that the owners in High Grove take pride in their community.High Grove is in good hands.Your vacation will be as well.Jane, her team & the High Grove community set the bar very high for other home owners.

wonderful villa. we stayed a week and loved the house and location. the house is close to stores and places to eat but far enough away to not hear the hwy noises. the villa was very clean not bugs at all. we loved the game room and spent time every day in the pool and hot tub. highlight of our stay was getting to see 5 small/med size gators in the drainage pond right behind the villa. its a wonderful place and we hope to visit again!!

The property was situated within a very well maintained gated community. The house was well positioned on the lakeside so was not overlooked and so provided privacy when using the pool and spa.It was well maintained, clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable with both double bedrooms being ensuite. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crockery and utensils. The air-conditioning worked well and kept the house cool.The location was ideal giving easy access to all of Orlando's Disney Parks and other attractions. There was also plenty of shops and restaurants within a short drive and the Best of British pub within walking distance which was well worth visiting.It would have been nice to have had tea/coffee and milk in the welcome pack as we arrived too late to get to any shops. However, we did appreciate the bottled water and wine. This did not in anyway distract from the enjoyment of our holiday.I would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay here again if we return to the area.
