Spacious villa with 5 bedrooms and private pool located close to Alykes
Spaziosa, moderna e ricca di elementi tradizionali, Villa Agricola è un eccellente esempio di ospitalità greca. Perfettamente situata appena fuori le famose località balneari di Alikes e Alikanas, la villa può ospitare fino a 11 ospiti in interni eleganti e di classe (completamente rinnovati) ed è circondata da ampi giardini con una piscina privata appena aggiunta. Grazie al suo carattere, all'ottima posizione, agli interni accoglienti e all'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, Villa Agricola è una proprietà top-seller che attrae clienti abituali anno dopo anno.
All'interno, la villa è disposta su 2 piani, ha belle terrazze ed è stata completamente rinnovata per offrire un'esperienza di vacanza imbattibile. Al piano terra, ariosa e spaziosa, ci sono un comodo salotto (divani, TV satellitare, internet wi-fi), una cucina completamente attrezzata appositamente attrezzata (4 fornelli, forno, microonde, tostapane, bollitore, frigo / congelatore, lavastoviglie, lavatrice), 3 camere matrimoniali con bagno (tutte con aria condizionata, TV satellitare, bagno con doccia). Al piano superiore (raggiungibile tramite una scala esterna) ci sono 2 ulteriori camere da letto climatizzate, rispettivamente una doppia e una doppia, che condividono un bagno di famiglia con vasca. Al piano superiore c'è anche un utile salotto con un divano letto perfetto per accogliere l'undicesimo ospite e un angolo cottura. L'intera proprietà (camere da letto e aree comuni) è climatizzata. Grandi terrazze offrono splendide viste sui giardini e sulla piscina. Le terrazze sono ombreggiate e dotate di coperture laterali da godersi anche all'inizio o alla fine della stagione.
Fuori, Villa Agricola è una vera oasi nella bellissima natura mediterranea! Ci sono un sacco di alberi maturi, arbusti, fiori, terrazze pavimentate e giardini con prato. Trascorrere lunghe ore sotto il sole splendente, o passeggiare per i giardini, sarà una vera delizia! Una zona pranzo coperta (tavolo per 10 ospiti) con barbecue è disponibile per deliziosi pasti, e un sacco di posti a sedere sono disponibili in tutto il terreno. La piscina privata appena aggiunta misura 8m x 5m (profondità 1. 4m) ed è splendidamente illuminata di notte. Lettini confortevoli sono disponibili per gli ospiti.

This is a lovely villa set in beautiful gardens with a good sized pool and plenty of parking. The location is very central - the beaches of Alykes and Alykansas are nearby and it is about 25 mins from the airport. Givenb what we paid for it, we were a little disappointed on arrival as the11th bed wasn't there and the kitchen was lacking in basics that we had previously found when renting villas eg there were no dishcloths,teatowels etc and only glass wine glasses to drink from which would not be a good idea with 5 children next to a swimming pool! However on contacting the rental company the owner was very quick to respond and provided everything we needed. Beds were quite hard but comfortable and the bedding was crisp and clean although some towels needed replacing. The pool was checked frequently and cleaned out, and rubbish was removed promptly. Some cleaning equipment such as a vacuum cleaner or dustpan and brush would have been useful although someone did come round to clean half way through the week which was nice to have clean linen. The property is advertised as having a "kitchenette" upstairs but the reality was this had nothing in it and we were told it was not useable. The other thing that might be useful to know is that the property is actually accessed from the side, driving through the entrance of a property that is being renovated rather than from the front/main road which caused us some confusion on arrival!

Great accommodation with authentic Greek elements. Some services are dated, but others modern. The house is very large and the private swimming pool is great. Wonderful suroundings with view on the mountains. Great located in de middle of the island within 30min drive to all hot spots.
Alykes Beach is highly recommended. Not crowded, nice sandy beach and great Neraida Alykanas Beach bar/restaurant with very friendly people.
Very friendly owner of the house and helpfull agency with direct communication.

Just had a fabulous week in Zante. We are a family with four children (9,11,13,15) and this villa was just amazing. I was worried the pictures looked too good but it is just like this for real!
There is so much space and so many different seating areas it is difficult to use them all. The barbecue area is great and pool is brilliant (and not too cold).
Please note that the villa is actually two separate flats. 3 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs only accessed by the outside steps and a separate front door. If you have younger children this might be an issue having them in a separate flat but was fine for us.
The area is brilliant and it was nice to be away from the more tacky resorts in the south. Highlights include:
Xigia beach (south)
Climb up mount Vrachionas
Walk from Skinari to Kilma Bay (the most amazing snorkelling spot ever).
Walk to Vertzagio caves directly from the house
Would highly recommend getting the Sunflower Guidebook to make the most of the island.
This villa is highly recommended and we are already thinking of returning there.

La casa corrisponde esattamente alle fotografie. Ogni stanza al piano terra ha il proprio bagno comprensivo di asciugacapelli. La cucina dispone di tanti elettrodomestici compresa macchinetta per il caffè nespresso. La piscina è magnifica. Ogni 3 giorni vengono effettuate le pulizie con cambio asciugarmi e lenzuola.
Vacanza perfetta !!!!
