Un romantico appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato e finemente arredato, dotato di aria condizionata nella zona notte, situato sul lungomare di Santa Margherita Ligure in una tipica palazzina genovese d'altri tempi a pochi passi da tutto; negozi, boutiques, bar e ristoranti di ogni genere , farmacia, supermercato e fermata autobus praticamente sotto casa, spiagge (a 150 metri), e, sempre a pochi passi, il molo dei traghetti che ti porteranno a visitare le più belle località della Riviera: Le 5 terre, Portovenere , Portofino e San Fruttuoso.

Amazing authentic place! The view from the apartment is so beautiful. The apartment itself is clean, spacious and very well equipped with everything you might need. The location is perfect. The host was helpful and responsive. Can not wait to be back.

Super location. Great resto tips from welcoming host. We had one lost piece of luggage that needed to catch up to us and Alessandro was a great intermediary. If you have mobility issues due to stairs this is not for you but otherwise highly recommended.

Santa is the jewel of the coast and this apartment is in the best location to experience it all. Opposite the beautiful marina, this spacious one bedroom unit is immaculately appointed to provide the perfect stay. Alessandro, the host, is very good with all communications, and excellent with restaurant recommendations. We had the best stay in Santa.

We thought that Santa Margherita would just be the hub for visiting the Cinque Terre and Positano, but it became our favorite spot. There’s a relaxed vibe, much smaller crowds, fun and friendly people and GREAT food (Angolo 48, anyone?) The apartment’s location is perfect and the stairs are not a problem once you get the luggage up ( and we are 67 .) The washing machine was an added perk! Thank you so much, Alessandro, for sharing your wonderful place!

We stayed at this amazing place one week this summer, the location is fantastic right in the middle of town with a nice view overlooking the harbor. Host Alessandro was very helpful and gave us a lot of suggestions of what to do, see and where to eat. We can recommend this apartment to everyone that wants to have a superb Ligurian vacation. We hope that we some day will be back. Alessandro, forza Genoa :-)

Loved the light, bright & airy apartment and location is excellent - the view is superb. Stairs narrow & steep but we are in our mid & late 70's and managed with a little effort. Would definitely recommend.

We spent five wonderful days and the apartment suited us perfectly and we would love to come back...

We booked as we wanted to do self catering. Unfortunately the fridge was dirty had not been cleaned, microwave was filthy unable to use no kettle no oven. Hob was difficult to light.
Shower grouting black with mould. Toilet door does not close whole toilet/shower room extremely dusty and not cleaned properly.
This had an impact on our holiday as we had to eat out every day instead of being able to cook.
By the second night the towel rail came loose and toilet seat very slack and came loose we did report both these things which were acknowledged but not repaired during our stay. Therefore saw no point mentioning the cleanliness to the host as who need confrontation when on holiday.
The flat does provide lovely views and is central to everything but is tired.
We did take photographs should evidence be required.

You will love this place and the best view of Santa Margherita. Comfy bright living room, full kitchen and spacious bedroom. One of the best deals in the Riviera since Santa Margherita is breathtakingly beautiful, central to visit Positano and the Abbey San Fruttusso (gorgeous) via short ferry ride. So fun to have a yummy cappuccino and gelato just downstairs every morning and people watch. A must do is the easy beautiful walk to Positano along the water the entire way. You will love this town and especially Alessandro's place. He will meet you for check in and is very kind and accommodating.

This location was perfect. Very close to downtown Santa Margherita Ligure, and only a 15-min bus ride (~1 hour walk) to Portofino. Extremely scenic area. The apartment gave a beautiful look of the sea and was only a few minutes’ walk from great food. Highly recommended!

This apartment is perched right across the street from the bay, Views are fantastic. Alessandro was a very informative host and his recommendations for walks, restaurants, and beaches were very helpful. We would have loved to have been able to stay longer. We did not want to leave.

Alessandro was helpful finding parking and met us at the 4th floor apartment overlooking the marina, surrounded by vibrant activity. He guided us and assisted with carrying our bags.
Amazing view from this roomy, well-equipped abode.
Challenges include stair climbing and parking (a problem in most Italian cities), but if you willing to pay for parking and can overcome the discomfort of stairs, this is still a fantastic spot.
AC in the bedroom kept us cool enough through the heat wave.

Wonderful location in the heart of all the action. Great restaurants, beach, shopping and strolling right outside the door. The host was very responsive to all our correspondence and a good value for being on the harbor front!

Wonderful time in Santa Margherita Ligure
We had a wonderful time in Santa Margherita Ligure. Alessandro met us at the train station and gave direction how to get to his apartment. It was an easy, pleasant 10 - 15 min walk along the water front. Apartment was as pictured with a beautiful view from living room window. It is on the 5th floor, but staircase was easy for us, and we are in our sixties. We cooked breakfast every morning. Grocery store and bakery just a few min walk. We used washing machine and hang our laundry outside the windows like locals. Check out was easy we just left keys inside of apartment.

Wonderful location
The apartment offers stunning views over the picturesque bustling harbour. The accommodation is wonderfully bright and airy and provided everything we needed for our weeks stay!! We didn’t eat within the apartment as the town provided a wealth of restaurants, we particularly enjoyed the stunning seafood. We must also emphasise the importance of Alessandro’s help and assistance that made our holiday so enjoyable, he couldn’t have been more helpful, what a star ⭐️⭐️

Fabulous location and views
This apartment is wonderfully located in the working port section of Santa Margherita Ligure, and the views from the front window are captivating. Watching the boats come and go, or the light change over the harbor, bay and hills opposite, is transfixing. The apartment is clean and has all the basics. We took advantage of the wonderful fish market next door and the specialty food shops in the central part of town and cooked almost all our meals at the apartment. We could also walk easily to a public beach and to the entry to the Monte di Portofino park. Hope we can return soon.

Great view of marina in Santa Margherita apartment
The apartment had a perfect view of the marina. It was perfect for two of us with everything we needed for a short stay. We cooked simple meals in the kitchen and it also has a washer and is about 10 minute walk to the train station. Perfect place to take day trips, by train, boat or bus to Portofino, Rapallo, Cinque Terre and Genova. Alessandro is a great host. He was there waiting for us when we arrived.

A Perfect Perch for overlooking the colorful sights, sounds and movements of Santa Margharita
We must have taken a hundred pictures from this 4th story loft. Yachts, Sailing Yachts, Ferry boats and even a huge Cruise Ship all passed before our eyes from this window. Overlooking this beautiful bay we observed people enjoying all that Santa Margharita has to offer; dining, boating, shopping, jogging, sun bathing, lounging (in a costal park) and some were hiking their way along the beautiful coastal road to Portofino.
The Apartment came with everything we needed. The amiable owner, Allesandro met us upon arrival, answered all our questions and helped us hail a taxi upon departure.
We highly recommend this condominium rental as the location and view were perfect for connecting with the heart and beauty of Santa Margharita.

Perfect location and accommodations, easy access to all the Cinque Terre and Portifino
Thank you to Alessandro, a gracious host. Accommodations were fantastic and great to have extra space, bedroom (air conditioning appreciated), kitchen and living room. Fantastic views of the gulf, plenty of restaurants to choose from, local merchants to purchase local products to eat. Easy access to the train station for travel north to Genova or south to the Cinqe Terre. Walking distance to Portofino along th3 main road and through the park in Paraggi with some amazing views. We would definitely recommend staying here and will use his place when we return in the future.

Great view and location
We travel to Italy frequently and this was the most relaxing trip. Much had to do with the flat and location. Alessandro was most helpful and check in was a breeze. We were given general info on the flat and useful info regarding the best places to eat, etc. Alessandro made it clear that he would be available to answer any questions during our stay. We inquired about a taxi to the airport on our return which he arranged(at a much cheaper price that what we paid on our arrival), but we ended up taking the train and shuttle bus (very easy and much cheaper). There were no issues with the flat. The air-conditioning in the bedroom was very effective, but rarely needed to to the constant breezes and cross ventilation. The train station is not too far nor is Portofino. We walked several times to both. We will likely return next year. NOTE: This flat is on the fifth floor with no lift. We regarding it as good exercise, but would not be appropriate for all.

Perfect Santa Margherita Ligure Apartment
Alessandro was waiting for us at the door when our taxi arrived and helped us bring our heavy luggage upstairs. The apartment was large and comfortable with everything we needed for our eight day stay. The view of the harbor is amazing and even though it’s on a main street the apartment was quiet and easy to sleep. The air conditioning worked well but opening a couple windows kept it cool and fresh. The location couldn’t be better within easy walking distance to everything in town including the train station (though I would recommend taking a taxi to and from the train station as it’s a number of steps up with luggage). We took the train to Genova Nervi to walk the beautiful Passeggiata Anita Garibaldi with a beautiful lunch in Porticciolo, as well as very short trips to Camogli and Rapallo. We took the ferry to Portofino and San Fruttuoso on different days and was well worth it. Alessandro treated us like family and honestly eight days wasn’t enough of this beautiful destination. We hope to return and will stay in this lovely apartment.
