The flat was comfortable, cozy and convenient. There were so many homey touches that were so helpful when we first got there. Basic cooking supplies, lovely basket of toiletries in the bathroom in case we left something at home. We loved the little rooftop terrace too. We stayed for over a week and it was really comfortable. Julia was helpful and responded really quickly to any and all questions we had.

The flat had everything we needed for a short stay in Florence. It is about a 20 minute walk from the train station.
Not fancy, but reasonably comfortable. The curtains in the bedroom are very sheer!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We were only here for two nights, but this apartment would be perfect even for a longer stay. We were able to do laundry, had access to a full kitchen, functional air conditioning was a definite bonus, and a beautiful balcony view to top it all off. The apartment was within walking distance of lots of touristy stuff and if you prefer not to walk there was also a bus station just down the road. We will definitely be keeping this property in mind for future trips!

I couldnt have been happier with my choice of accommodations! The apartment is even more spacious than it appears in the photos and the owners have thought of everything to make their guests comfortably situated. Since I was a single woman staying on my own, I loved the security and safety of the neighborhood. The proximity to Santa Croce was a mere 5 minutes and there are many good restaurants and shops close by. It was quite warm during my stay, so I was very glad to make use the air-conditioning. There is a delightful little private rooftop piazza just for the apartment, and I made good use of it in the evenings. I also appreciated the good water pressure in the shower, kitchen amenities (including a dishwasher) and the crisp, ironed cotton sheets on the very comfortable bed were a treat! I would definitely return in the future!!
