Booked only rooms so no fridge or kitchen facilities

Such lovely hosts with a very warm welcome

The property is close to Cagnes-sur-mer and Vence! It is located in the green. The pool area is very nice.

The host was very unfriendly from the beginning. Check-in was until 8, but we were stuck in traffic, so we said we arrive at 8:15 p.m. The woman (owner) was really unfriendly and said, if you come later than 8:15, it’s our Problem. While using the pool area, we moved a bank to sit in the sun, when she came and got really mad at that. She argued it „wouldn’t be camping“ at her chambres. Also, the room we booked seemed to be on the pictures like a room with a normal bathroom. In the end, it was one room, with a thick paper wall, separating the toilet and shower from the bed, still all in one small room. Furthermore the room goes up from the owners living room, which made us feel uncomfortable. Moreover, the owner does not any English, or anything else besides French. Thus, unfortunately communication was almost impossible for us.

Location is loverly and made use of the bbq.

Owners reaction on arrival. Not really welcoming plus we parked outside gated properties when really there was room to park inside. No working wifi as advertised. Owner asked for 4 euros for room tax on departure? We paid of course but I think a little unnecessary. Room could of been cleaner, beding not ironed.

The double room was great, but the studio for 4 people was really small, when there were two double beds, there was no space to move.
