Staffs were very nice. Even though the corridors were crowdedly narrow, it got spacious once you're in the room and on its compact bed. Basic amenities were covered, either in the bathroom (there was hot shower) or on the desk (mineral water, etc). Not that far from the main road, and a minimart was just a walk away. Price was reasonable, we had it at 108K IDR for a free cancellation double room.
Bedding and pillows smelled funny, glad we complained and they replaced them. Corridor, lobby, and spaces to walk were narrow, if you have large bags/luggages you may need to think twice before booking. Deposit should only be between ID card OR cash, not both like this property.

The staff did not speak English at all which made the communication quite challenging.
The location was not clear between what the Booking.com and Google Maps gave. The naming of the place is ambiguous.
