The room was big and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teens. We all enjoyed the pool. Happy hour was great too.

Although breakfast was great, we would have appreciated a larger variety of fresh fruits (only bananas and apple were available)

This is our new favorite place to stay when we visit the Richmond area! The staff, rooms,dining,cleanliness,and vibe of the hotel are exceptional! We were impressed during our entire stay and will gladly recommend it to anyone . My husband said, "This is the only hotel for now on!"

It's a nice spacious hotel so you don't feel suffocated. the atmosphere is calm and comfortable. Lots of parking. The breakfast coffee was good which is a nice surprise. The location is unbeatable next to many shops and restaurants.

The curtain in my room did not close all the way. The breakfast menu could include more health-foods.

It’s centrally located and has a ton of amenities. Staff is very nice and welcoming as well as helpful. The inside is beautiful and inviting.

Walked in to lovely Brittany at the front desk and a beautifully decorated lobby. The breakfast in the am and the meal and drinks in the pm were fantastic. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Appreciated the fresh scrambled eggs and hot pancake syrup. Would have appreciated greater selection of yoghurt. The Christmas decorations were well done.

Better equipped gym. One of the ellipticals was unstable. Scary to use.

The Drury hotel is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I love traveling to different places. I've never seen a hotel that truly goes out of there way to make your stay perfect ❤️ I will be staying there again in the near future 😀😀

The Drury Plaza is the best place that we have stayed at post Covid. As someone who has been an avid Hilton and Hampton stayer for the last 3 years this past stay has made me want to completely switch to only staying at Drury hotels in the future. Miss Wanda Marie at the front desk was amazing from the start of our stay to the end of our stay. Every morning breakfast had so many good options to choose from and the evening kick back was some thing that we all really enjoyed as well. It was nice not having to buy dinner each night because the hotel offered such good tasting food. The three free drinks each night was also a great bonus to our stay here since three of us are over 21.We had no problem adding a guest once we got to the hotel and the best part about this hotel that the Hilton and Hampton have been lacking in ever since Covid started is that their housekeeping services actually come around each day to make sure that guest have what they need. We were a group of five and getting the towels and soap that we needed was never a problem we even had extra one night so we did not need to ask for more the next day. This may seem like something small but as someone who takes trips3-4 times each summer it was nice to know that the Drury actively makes sure that guest have what they need with out giving them a hassle. We have never been so well taken care of at any Hilton or Hampton post Covid. I am so glad that I switched my reservation from Hilton to the Drury Plaza a few weeks before my stay. I immediately joined Drury rewards once I got home. I don’t think that I will ever go back to staying at Hilton and Hampton hotels unless I absolutely have to in the future.This hotel had an A+staff that was always friendly and cared about making your stay happy and comfortable. The room was nice and had a great amount of space that fit five people comfortably and the whole hotel was very clean and the staff was on top of making sure that everything was up to their standards.
