The space and layout.

Property lovely and clean. Kitchen nicely equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Location is good, with plenty of shops near by to cater for all needs.

Mattresses are terrible and in need of upgrading, particularly the ones in the master bedroom. You can feel springs, which makes for not a great night's sleep. There is a church directly opposite which has the clock chiming every hour all night long. Not a property issue, however sleeping with the window open does make the sound quite intrusive! Parking - no allocated parking but the neighboring car park does offer up to 2 hours free. Wasn't an issue for our stay but could be an issue for anyone needing to park during the day. Costs could quickly add up!

The flat is spacious, comfortable and clean. In a great location with plenty of amenities within short walking distance. Very convenient for travelling to Birmingham international airport.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

It was very clean and the location was a very lovely little village. Ideal location for visiting the NEC
