The shower in our room was not able to be used. There was water UNDER the frame of the bathtub, so the frame felt like a water bed and soft to the touch . When you stood in the bathtub, brown, sewer smelling water poured out of the seems of the bathtub around the whole frame of the wall . The maintenance man shrugged it off and said it happens . Very dissatisfied with the hotel. Then when we brought up the concern to the front desk, we was told there was nothing they can do, and if we wanted to shower that bad, they can put us in a dirty room that hadn’t been cleaned yet JUST to shower because they were completely booked. We ended up having to checkout and then try to find availability at a different hotel .

Very thoughtful pool - shallow area for kid, deep end for adults. Really good food in cafeteria. Nice area with games for kids. Microwave in the room.

Very basic room. Very minimum daily cleaning: only make beds and sometimes clean floor; didn't include toilet/bath cleaning for the whole our stay (5 days), coffee maker was very basic, no tea bags in a room.

Everything is very close

A hotel that has no security has people smoking marijuana in the corridors and in the rooms the rooms are connected and my neighbor spent the whole night smoking marijuana with several people We had to put pillows to try to seal the door

Big rooms, great location, clean, good staff, heated pool !!

Price of the food. Your place is wonderful, it would look awesome with some new exterior paint.

Noise level of surrounding guests in the middle of the night disrupted sleep and we couldn't reach the front desk. Heater didn't work in the room when the temperatures dipped. Appearances indicated that there might have had flooding previously.

Apenas a localização, nao consigo encontrar nada na estadia que tenha gostado... Por exemplo, da falta de carrinhos paras as malas nas torres que nao ficam no mesmo prédio da recepção à falta de funcinários na recepção, que mesmo cm vários "guichês", só contava com um ou dois funcionários....

Os quartos são sujos, o banheiro é velho, o atendimento é muito ruim, o aspecto interno do prédio na torre em que fiquei é muito sujo e a limpeza dos quartos lamentável.

No primeiro dia esquecemos de deixar a gorjeta e não arrumaram nossas camas. O quarto tinha um odor forte como se fosse um produto químico.

The railings in the tower made it look like a prison and they didn’t feel safe and I didn’t like looking down, and you can hear everything happening next door

I stay here literally every time I go to Orlando has to be my 4th time here. Housekeeping definitely kept up! Best prices for my family of 10! We got two rooms and there was sooo much room. Allllways a pleasure with the front counter worker never in the 4 times staying there have I met a rude worker.

The bar prices by the pool was the only downfall for me because I got cheaper liquor at the theme parks. Same with the groceries in the cafe a single milk was $5.50 which was insane. The prices for those things can come down a bit because it’s not even convenient to get it there when you can go to Walmart less than 5 mins away for a half gallon for $1.50.

That it was central to where we wanted to be

It was dusty and dirty and altho they came and cleaned it wasn’t helpful. The whole tower was not comfy like a hotel. Overall wasn’t happy

The location

Our room flooded due to rain on the 11th floor. Realized it at 1:30AM with a bathroom wake up. It ruined/soaked 90% of my sister's belongings and our last full day of our trip. We had to file an insurance claim mid-day leaving Universal, which took precious time away from us at the park and the money we spent to get in. While also having to purchase clothing for her that morning to wear. The manager only Compt one night. The compensation did not match the inconvenience or items damaged. Now, we are to rely on an insurance claim for her belongings. The positive memories that are lost and replaced with such a destructive and disappointing event can't be replaced. To add insult to injury. The staff admitted this is an issue when it rains. Knowing the weather forecast, they should have never put us in a room that could flood. On the 11th floor, I'll add once more. Which makes this event even wilder. As a regular traveler to this location, I'm highly disappointed.

El Aire acondicionado era viejo y sucio

The pictures posted of the hotel are heavily edited. The rooms are outdated and not very clean. Rusty surfaces were painted over and peeling. Had to reach out several times to receive washcloths.

Staff was friendly. Hotel is right on the main street with lots to do if you don't just want to stay in your room all night.

Pictures didn't match what the room looked like. Room wasn't as clean as we had expected either.

The corridors had a very bad smell of humidity, the ketell was full of old coffee, the beds and sheets were clean but it feeled like the room needed a deep clean (dust everywere and the floors were dirty).

My dor was lock and couldn't get in to my room until 1am since 10:30 pm trying to get in, at 12:30 am the guy at the front desk finally decide to give another room and at 1 am the same guy called me to let me know the previous room was unlock and I had to switch again...

The location

Room and sheets/towels were dirty. Toilet needed to be resurfaced. Room service is none existent. Asked for tea twice and I’m checked out now and still waiting.

Location in the middle of the downtown riff raff was amazing, but still quiet. The staff were so polite, fast, knowledgeable and accommodating and a mom was checking in with her family of 3 or 4 kids when I was checking in. She had NO help and they helped her, they were patient, a great experience to just see.

Barely anything really, I guess the bathroom could have been a little bigger.

The property is in a good and busy location close to Universal however this area does not appear to be the safest.

We got placed out in the tower. There were stained folded towels in bathroom, dirty bathtub/shower, run down bathroom with broken and cracked tiles, very low ceilings with dingy feel. Room was hot and humid and door was open when we arrived. Phone to call concierge wasn’t working and they never responded to messages asking for new towels and toiletries. Walls are very thin.
