Traditional summerhouse. Conveniently sized, large garden, suntraps,
Basic (but ample) facilities which is refreshing. Close to the coast.
quiet location but supermarket 5 mins, large shopping facilities 6kms. Easy to get to Malmo.
Easy to be outside.
Cold in cold weather.
It is compact which might not suit families with teenagers.

it was very cold indoors even with heat pump . I don’t think it’s insulated. we all got sick after staying here. my husband recorded 9degrees inside during the night. had to put towels on floor to keep feet warm while up and about .

Very nice comfortable house with fantastic garden in a super location close to the seaside.

after reservation and payment, the host sent me an email that I have to pay 1000sek for deposit. however the host paid it back to me 6 hrs after checkout, it was not mentioned in the booking.com.
Moreover I paid 100sek more for blanket, bed linen, pillows, towels , and duvets!

Location is very nice
in winter it’s very cold in bedroom (in the morning it was 13C when outside was -2C), the only heating is AC in the living room. Extremely uncomfortable sofa bed in the living room. Wasn’t easy to find at night, small parking if you driving anything bigger then average hatchback will have to park somewhere else. access to the key box through the bushes. Some furniture are broken. Not clear instructions from the host. There is a 40l boiler in bathroom, and it’s obvious not enough for 3 people to take a shower, have to wait until it will heat up.

Cozy little place in a quiet and lovely area. The host Peter was very helpful and attentive. Is not luxury but that is exactly what makes it great - it's a relaxing little cabin.

The house has all the amenities one would need (or more than what you would need) on a vacation
The lawn is long and beautiful and has a lovely neighborhood for a walk to playside and sea view of the bridge.
3km from the place covered by walk, you could find a beautiful beach, and the walk way is fun too!
