Ocean front! September available! Amazing sunsets from large wrap around lanai!
Un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi guardando le balene, i delfini per non parlare dei bellissimi tramonti !! Questo condominio fronte oceano con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni appena acquistato all'ultimo piano con grande lanai ha diversi aggiornamenti tra cui nuovi mobili, letti, biancheria da letto e altro ancora! L'edificio dispone di aria condizionata centralizzata e ascensori. (Ci sono alcuni passi dopo essere scesi dall'ascensore per il condominio) Camera da letto principale con vista sull'oceano e letto king size. Il bagno principale ha una grande vasca idromassaggio con cabina doccia separata. Seconda camera da letto con vista sull'oceano, letto matrimoniale. Il bagno ha una combinazione doccia a tubo. Grande TV intelligente nella zona giorno. Le dotazioni della struttura includono piscina di acqua salata sull'oceano, piscina di acqua dolce separata, barbecue per l'uso e un'area comune per sedersi a cena. Una spiaggia con lettini per godersi l'oceano. Ci sono anche lavatrici e asciugatrici comuni per l'uso. Questo condominio ha una grande storia di affitti con il precedente proprietario grazie alla sua posizione e vista !! A causa della natura del lanai probabilmente non adatto a bambini di età inferiore ai 10 anni. Le foto saranno presto aggiornate per riflettere i miglioramenti.

This is our third visit to this property and it is the best of all the places we have stayed in 50 years of visiting the islands. The accommodations are excellent and the view from the Lanai is wonderful. Everything is upgraded in the condo and our hosts Dave and Erica have been excellent. We will be back next year

Casa was absolutely perfect. I was very satisfied with the entire stay. I was impressed with the detail of everything provided for our stay. We have stayed at Casa many times. Always wanted this unit. It lived up to every expectation. Enjoyed relaxing time and celebrating our 50th Anniversary. MAHALO…….

This place was just as described PLUS comfortable and conveniently located. The views were AMAZING as were the gardens around the complex. The condo had every amenity that we needed for our too quick of trip. Thank you to Errica and Dave for sharing this lovely space!!!

Property would have been perfect had It not been above a major renovation of the saltwater pool. Was notified about a week before checking in the renovation was happening. Feel as if the disclosure of the status of the project could have been provided to me earlier and been more accurate. Would have stayed elsewhere had I known it was mid-renovation during my stay. With a week notice there were only 3 other vrbo listings available in the immediate area. All other aspects, location, quality of condo, A/C, beautiful sunsets, were exactly as advertised and lived up to the hype.
