Tuscan-style apartment facing Duomo
Two-bedrooms apartment on the second and last floor of a beautiful Florentine building (lift is accessible right after two flights of stairs of ten steps each). Each room has its own en-suite bathroom.
Privileged view on Brunelleschi's dome, so close that it seems you can touch it. The wooden ceiling beams make the atmosphere cozy. Ideal launch into all directions to discover the city of Florence. From Piazza del Duomo you can easily reach on foot the main points of interest of the city, starting from the Baptistery, the new library of the Oblate and the Opera del Duomo museum.
Grocery is just on the other side of the road, a restaurant is next door and a cafe is thirty metres away.
Internet connection is unlimited and included in the rental price. You will find the wifi password on the router, under the television.
Of the four historic neighbourhoods, facing each other every year in the historic Florentine-football tournament, we belong to the "Verdi" of San Giovanni.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts are accommodating and helpful. The apartment is as pictured. Everything you need for a family of 4. Clean and inviting in an amazing location. Thanks again for an great trip!

We had a wonderful stay! Highly recommend and would stay there again. The apartment was lovely, clean and described well. The location could not have been better!!The hosts were accessible, responsive and communicative.

I will start with the Pro’s
-Location was excellent
-Easy check in process
-Nice walk from the train station
-Very spacious and roomy apartment
-Water pressure decent
Con’s
-This apartment needs some love and care
-EVERYTHING is just old and worn out including the sheets, blankets, and towels
-Glasses were all chipped and afraid to drink out of them for fear of cutting our lips
-No frills, no water, no snacks, no coffee, shampoo etc.
-Could not use the 2nd bedroom, the mattress is so thin that the bed springs can be felt if pushed down on.
-Apartment location is extremely noisy, most nights until 4am!!! Maybe it was because I had to sleep on the couch for our entire stay.
-Coffee maker has not been cleaned in quite some time, my husband had to clean it to be able to make coffee.
Overall, the apartment has so much potential if only it would be upgraded with some new bedding and towels. Some extra little things for guests would also make it so much better.
