Orlane, the manager was wonderful. She communicated with us clearly and when on our initial night we had a challenge with the air conditioning she resolved this quickly and efficiently. The location was great and the property very clean. There is a local store nearby and we met the owner who was charming and gave us some restaurant tips.

The air conditioning and hob instructions would help (they may have been available and I didn't find them). The lighting was a little flagrant with only one side light in the sitting room which meant you could not really have soft lighting. A couple of armchairs would have been good. A dryer may have been useful, although the clothes drying rack works pretty efficiently, it is not that sightly.

The apartment is amazing! Big enough, well maintained, very comfortable. Best location we could hope for - right in the center, 3 minutes walk to the beach, but quiet. The most beautiful building in Menton.

Basic things like shampoo, soap and toilet paper you need to buy (toilet paper is enough only for the first 2 days maybe, then you need to buy).

The kitchen could be equipped a bit better. Something to note - the host provides toilet paper only for the first couple of days and not for the entire stay. No shampoo and body soap.
