We were provided with very useful information on how to reach and check in. The caretaker was very helpful all through our stay. The location was excellent, the apartment was clean and the amenities were optimal. We would definitely consider staying there again in future.
Only one room has an attached washroom, two rooms share one washroom - we did not notice that while booking, but it was okay. Coffee, tea sachets were a bit difficult to find and could have been more in number.

Quiet area, yet close to transportation and markets. Lots of room. Everything was great.
I'm veg and am used to a more substantial breakfast. So no problem, I supplemented with fruits from the local market. It was all good.

Location. Spacious rooms. Good communication with the host.
I booked and paid for an independent apartment. However another family of 4 plus a small kid checked in on the final day before our departure. I consider it breach of agreement and compromise to my privacy.
Some minor additional issues: quality of toiletries needs improvement. Towels were clean but worn-off, needs replacement.
