We had a great week at this property with two families (5 adults and 4 kids). We walked to the marketplace for ice cream, mini golf and live music three nights. We went to three different beaches all within 20 minutes of the house. We spent a day in Martha’s Vineyard biking around the island. Overall the house had all the kitchen necessities needed. The air conditioning was perfect on the hot days. The only downside is there was no yard for the little guys to run around in. But overall, a great spot!

My family and I just came back from a week's vacation on the Cape and we were all glad we chose this home for our stay. The house is roomy. We are a family of 5 and probably could have brought several others to join us. The basement itself was like an island of its own. The kitchen is clean, large and has everything you need. The back deck was a wonderful place to grill and also enjoy a dinner outside or your morning coffee. The hosts could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Probably my favorite part of the house was the shower in the guest room. This trip is going to cost me more because now I have to change my own bathroom to be just like this one! There is a small pond down the street that you can visit for a swim. It's never overly crowded, usually one other person or family. It's not a far drive from the ocean. It felt like we were in a cozy neighborhood and I could see myself living there. In fact, my 14 year old daughter said after the first night of being there, "I'm going to buy this place." Keep saving the pennies, kid. :) This place will not disappoint. It is definitely 5 out of 5.

We had the most wonderful vacation in New Seabury. The house is as perfect as it looks in the photos – super clean and with all of the comforts and conveniences of home. Our family of four vacationed here with my sister’s family of four and there was plenty of space for both families to spread out and relax. The four girls (ranging from 3-11 yrs) enjoyed having their own bunk room and often used it as their own separate place to play throughout the day as well. The deck and overall surroundings of the house are really lovely – so quiet and serene – we found the deck a wonderful place to wake up with a cup of coffee, play a game of cards, work on a crossword or even have dinner. All of the New Seabury grounds are gorgeous – with beautifully maintained flowers and landscaping. Such a nice area for morning or early evening walks. The location of the home is also incredible. It’s walking distance from a clear bottom pond with a little sandy beach – that we often had completely to ourselves. A short 8 minute drive brings you to South Cape Beach, which we found to be one of the nicest we’ve experienced on the Cape: soft, clean sand, not too busy, small waves, gradual entry (great for little ones) and clear water. We also enjoyed walking from the cottage to the nearby Poppy Market – which has a toy store, candy story, ice cream, mini golf and other souvenir shops. One night we watched the fireworks from there and another night we enjoyed dinner al fresco while listening to live music and watching our kids danced on the little stage – so lovely! Jeff is incredibly responsive – even proactively reaching out in advance of our stay to answer any questions, share recommendations, etc. Always nice to have attentive owners! We would definitely stay here again in the future. The only thing we missed was having a backyard for the girls to burn off some energy but we did take advantage of the house being on a quiet dead end street for scootering/biking, chalk drawing and other fun. Overall, we would highly recommend it to anyone!

Location is great and feels very safe. We love walking and was able to take strolls around the block and to the water on a frequent basis. Jeff is an AWESOME property manager and that makes all the difference. We searched for days trying to find the right spot and so glad we picked this place.

The homeowner was always very quick to get back to me with any and all my questions before and during our visit. The house is in great condition and fit out large group well. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but in walking distance to dining and hang out area with live music.

This was a very lovely home in a simply gorgeous area of the Cape. From the beginning of the process to the end the owner was very responsive to every email and text that was sent. I would highly recommend the house for fun in the sun for all ages.

We just arrived back from our first vacation in New Seabury at Jeff’s and Whitney’s beautiful house; what a wonderful home! My husband, 2 children along with my sister and her family stayed here and we loved every second. The home is perfectly laid out and beautifully decorated with a beach theme. It was very spacious and ideal for keeping an eye on our small children. The kitchen was well equipped with every appliance or tool you could need. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds and playing with their toys in their own private room (the parents loved that, as well!). We snuggled up on the couch every night, watching movies and unwinding from the day. The home is well located less than a 10 minute drive to the beach and several grocery stores, plus Mashpee Commons! New Seabury was very quiet; great for walking with our kids in the evening and close to Fells Pond, another awesome spot for our kids to splash in the water and explore. Jeff was very responsive with the few questions we had; he’s incredibly accommodating. We would absolutely visit here again.

Our family of 6 adults & 3 children had a fantastic vacation at this home. The house is very comfortable, well stocked, plenty of space for everyone, peaceful location & a great deck for grilling & relaxing. Nearby South Cape beach is a 3 mile drive & to change things up there's a beautiful crystal clear sandy bottom Pond which was perfect for the kids, just a 5 minute walk from the house. To end the day we thoroughly enjoyed the lobster rolls & seafood at the Raw Bar also a short walk from the house. Thumbs up for this vacation home!

We stayed here this past Easter weekend. Our college age children were home and we were looking for a relaxing family weekend. We can't say enough good things about our stay. Their house is immaculate, bright , open with plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed spending time out on the deck . We loved the bunk room . What a great idea for those with children too who want to be able to all stay in the same room. Plus 3 additional bedrooms for everyone else. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of board games for our entertainment. Our family had plenty of space in the family room to watch the Celtics and Bruins games on the big 65 inch tv. Our children ages 12 to 20 were with us and a fun time was had by all ! Jim and Marie R

I vacationed at this property last week and my experience was wonderful! The home was pristine and the décor was beautiful. I spent many hours relaxing on the beautiful deck. The nearby pond and beaches were beautiful! There are wonderful restaurants and points of interest nearby to enjoy. The owners have created an exceptional vacation spot. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. This truly is a “home away from home.” The owners have created a beautiful atmosphere with their decorating – everything from the freshly painted walls to the window treatments to the artwork – and top-notch amenities. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and serve meals for a family. There’s a washer-dryer, dishwasher, trash pickup, a wrap-around deck and grill, a big-screen TV with cable and access to Netflix and Amazon – I could go on and on. We were there during a heatwave, and the central air conditioning was a godsend. My daughter-in-law echoed all of our feelings when she joked, more than once, “Do you think anyone would mind if I just stayed?” It really is that comfortable. I should also mention how nice the neighborhood is. I’ve never been to New Seabury before, but I loved the community. There’s lots of privacy, but you’re also close to the beach and to shops, including the wonderful Mashpee Commons. One other note. I have severe allergies – to dust, mold, animal dander, etc. – and this is one of the very few places I’ve stayed where I didn’t have reactions to anything. That’s saying a lot about how well maintained the house is. Kudos to Jeff and Whitney for creating the perfect vacation home.

Beautiful neighborhood and close to a very nice beach - South Cape Beach. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, will definitely book again.

This home was a perfect fit for our 6 adult, 4 children family. The property was wonderfully maintained with great attention to detail on decor, comfort and cleanliness. We enjoyed cooking and eating on the deck. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed and then some. The bedding and towels are excellent quality and very plentiful. The extra special touches, the privacy and location to beaches and a great swimming pond for the kids made the week extra special for our family. The house was so nice. We went July 4th week. Had a blast. Such a cute community. The house is on a dead end street very quiet and private. The owners were great with giving us ideas of things to do in the area. Very easy to communicate with. There is a pond literally 5 min walk. We got noodles and floated around most days. The house was fully stocked and clean. Plenty of room for everyone. Would def stay again and recommend to others. Wish we had more time.

Our family had a great time here. The furnishings and decor were very comfortable and helped this place to really feel like home. We were very excited to be able to get together with our family here to ring in the New Year. We will definitely return! When we walked in the door, it just felt right. This cute house is in a quiet neighborhood and fit my family well for our weekend getaway. We played games, watched TV (Large 65" Mounted flat screen!), and cooked. We took a few pleasant winter walks in the neighborhood. There were 5 adults and 1 child and overall we fit nicely. We spent a lot of time gathered in the living room, kitchen and dining room. There was a beautiful new dining room table that seated us all perfectly. The space was clean and the hosts were extremely quick to respond to texts and questions once we had arrived. The kitchen had a lot of pans and enough dishes for our large group. All bedrooms were equipped nicely with clean sheets and comfortable beds. There was even a great bunk bed area for any kids. Overall, we had a great stay and the house met all our needs for a winter weekend getaway! The owners were extremely responsive and I am looking forward to renting this property again in the near future!

We have rented this property every year since our daughter was married at the Popponessett Inn. We noticed it had sold so we checked it out to see the updates. The updates are very nice (I couldn't understand the need, but it turned out so perfect--nice touches !) Lovely ! It was even cool enough to utilize the gas fireplace. So cozy and warm. The privacy is exceptional. This is a loved property and the pride of ownership is so evident. We have booked our summer stay and I can see us returning for many years.
